Jesus fucking Christ give it a rest. We get it, you don't like him. Fucking hell

It's more that I dislike people's unwavering faith in him. He just scatterguns non stop once enough other "journos" have broken a story. If you wait until its fairly well reported then your success rate is gonna be good.

Its kinda sad that someone has made a career out of this.

Lol all the genius hard ass negotiators come out. Levy would love you, doubt Conte would.

It’s 3m quid on a pretty small deal, we’re not going to go into administration and it’d please Conte to have a position of need addressed in time for preseason this week.

Instead Levy protects his ego as worlds greatest negotiator and the deal probably just gets done at the same price months later

So glad you know all the details of the negotiations with Boro to know what the issues are.

I also assume you know of the details of Levy's meeting with Kenwright (Everton's Chairman) a few days before Richarlison signing, as reported by Jon Sopel (BBC correspondent and Spurs fan) and why we've managed to sign him ....... even before Woolwich announcing Raphinha Chelsea announcing Raphinha someone announcing Raphina and Woolwich being able to announce Jesus despite their fans crowing about the event before Spurs were thought to be in negotiations with Everton.

According to you the deal might never happen with Levy being involved ....... but Richarlison signed ...... so maybe you should re-assess what you do and don't know about Boro negotiation

The academy mallarky is just a game.
Sign up as many as possible and hedge your bets that 1 or 2 might make it to become professional class at any level. You can then sell those 1 or 2 to pay off the investment in the rest and maybe even make a profit.
Sure, occasionally you get some that are worth keeping at the club and they can be used on occasion to fill on some gaps. Probably once in a generation you hit the jackpot.

I do actually believe Levy wants an academy that can breed Spurs supporting youngsters, all ready to go into the first team.
I want to have a mid life growth spurt and add 6" to my height (Heard Levy wants that too) and for my hair to grow back (heard Levy wants that too) but it ain't going to happen.

In summary, Levy and I both want to be taller with hair and for all our academy players to progress into the first team.
None of this will happen.

You seem not to understand (every damn year!) that 'all' these player up and down the league and across the rest of the globe are developed by youth teams and academies at one club or another.....

In case you hadn't noticed some clubs are particularly good at it....?

You crowing that it's a pointless endeavour is just ignorant rubbish......

Barca really pay/paid Lenglet quite well...

Means Spurs paying almost £120k pw of Lenglet's salary with Barcelona paying about £85k of Lenglet's total £200k pw salary. Makes absolute sense for a loan 'try before you decide to buy' deal for him.

Lenglet was a star at Seville before going to Barcelona (hence his £200k pw contract), so the risk is whether Conte can get him back to his Seville form. Worst case is he's back up to Davies who was in great form towards the end of the season, but would need a rotation option next season.

I for one don't miss the days of cryptic bullshit Vs what you just described. People make careers from playing video games and posting videos to masses of youtube followers. Transfer rumours is where you draw the line?

Might be worth recalling that in many countries there are 'castles' so no surprise there are newcastle towns - but owe nothing to England having a city called Newcastle.

Of course in the English speaking world, its early settlers may well have named places as Newcastle as a way to remember their roots ............... but the other cities being named Newcastle are just a co-incidence

I don't think I'm even being controversial. I'm not convinced, that's all.
I've seen him dive a lot whilst at Everton, not a part of his game I like.
He starts with a clean slate here (like all players) and I want to see him do well.
Don't know why everyone so triggered by an opinion that this player might not be god.

I have the same concern, that he's gonna spend too much time on the deck. I do think there's a player buried in there though. My hope is that with the spotlight on him and more chances to actually score, he'll cut it out.

I for one don't miss the days of cryptic bullshit Vs what you just described. People make careers from playing video games and posting videos to masses of youtube followers. Transfer rumours is where you draw the line?

Professional gamers are at least talented at what they do. Whilst it's not my cup of tea and wouldn't watch it, I don't think it's much different from a football fan watching footballers on TV tbh.

Making a career out of tweeting news once you feel it's actually true requires very little talent. Any of us could do this. Eventually enough people will believe we're legit and the number of followers goes up and up.
His "job" is to read the news all day and then, when something looks imminent, bombard twitter with his breaking news.

Spurs seem to have made an excellent decision to prioritise Richarlison over Raphinha - not only is he a better fit in terms of playing style, but its clear from Raphinha having dumped Woolwich and now Chelsea it seems in order to go to Barcelona that we might also have had difficulty actually closing the deal.

.......We'd definitely still be sat sweating over him now.

Yeah Raphinha is great but even if he goes to Chelsea now... question whether his heart would be in it apart from Barcelona.

Don't forget his moronic 'here we go'.

The guy is a prize cunt.
