Btw, anyone thinking Davies is anyway on the same level as Romero should stop having opinions about football.
He’s not, but last season if Romero was 8/10, Davies was 7/10.Btw, anyone thinking Davies is anyway on the same level as Romero should stop having opinions about football.
Davies has had a wonderful season but there is nothing he can do that Romero can't do better.

Also Ziyech and Van De Beek . All 4 looked brilliant players in Ajax CL run ended by us in 2019. None of them have been a success. The perils of buying Dutch. ten Haag beware.and a player who has failed to perform a the level he was expected at Barcelona.
Big things expected of him and De Ligt but neither lived up to the hype so far
There were maybe 3 games where Romero was slightly worse than Davies (except that disasterclass in the conference league). He’s not, but last season if Romero was 8/10, Davies was 7/10.
Occasionally was the best defender as well. Not a gulf in class
You get the feeling that Paratici has narrowed his lists and a couple of the deals are dependent on one another:Wonder who else we will bring in by this time next week really hope we hear positive news on Bremner he would be a fantastic addition to our back line.
Maybe, he has the potential but who knows what he will do with it?
We won't get him. No chance he'll leave Everton at this stage of his career, if ever.Gordon is a fantastic prospect. One of the best in the country in my opinion I read somewhere that he is considered the best talent out of the Everton academy since Rooney. I’m not saying he’ll be as good as Rooney but he has a high ceiling for his potential. I have been very impressed every time I’ve watched him when you consider his age and PL experience. He caused us many problems when Everton played us at home.
He’s very agile with fantastic movement and dribbling skills. I think in our team he could add a lot in the next few years and would give us a great group of young players coming through with Skipp, Sarr, Sess, Divine and Scarlett. I really do hope we get him
He's not a great goal scorer, but otherwise very good. Great tackler, dribbler, workrate, and some fairly decent link up play too.
Good to hear. We also need to be careful regarding our homegrown numbers.Gordon is a fantastic prospect. What is this, cryptic? 4 eyes? Someone who wears glasses is involved? That narrows it down.
