Really the most important thing they need is a top caliber DOF to lead that process. They don't necessarily need a Ten Haag or a Conte, they need a Paratici more than anything else.
Best result in our recent history. The 3-0 loss to them just gets better and better every day.
Exactly, they have been despatched by a team that cost about as much as the 5ft 9 centre back they signed in the summer. The manager has had pre season with them, a full week to prepare for this game. What the fuck have they been doing?
They have square pegs for round holes and haven't fixed any of their deficiencies at all despite spending more millions. It's got to be the most disjointed team in the league.ETH was getting mass hype for the fact that he already joined United in May and had them all back in training earlier than every other club.
They have NOTHING to show for it.

Weak full backs, a useless center half and tiny one as their marquee singing, a keeper past his best. No creativity or solidity from their midfield two and trying to shoehorn effectively the same player twice into the team. No width and a 37 year old shadow that used to be in the top two players in the world. Individually these guys might turn it on in specific matches but on the whole there's no cohesion.
They certainly aren't buying into ETH's ideas, or can't.
You don't create world-class players playing in a shit league. By your logic, other "shit" leagues should be producing plenty of top-class players as well. Its not strange, almost all the best players produced by "the league" come through at Ajax. The league as a whole is fucking shit.
