1. Gave multiple post-match interviews heavily criticising the ref (this was the very thing they were investigating)
2. He initiated the kick-off at the end by not releasing Conte's hand, which can only be seen as provocative and aggressive.
3. Conte's part was to react.
I’d agree if it was anyone else, but as Conte said, it’s “well deserved”
All that and ran down our touch line after a goal which is definitely not allowed and provocative.
