I am actually tired of Conte he is not the root of the problem, but he does not seem to be coming up with any solutions to solve anything. We seem to be a team devoid of anything at the moment I just do not see any vision in the club and it is hard for me to see what the point of Paratici and Conte being at Spurs is?

I said it a lot yesterday. But I am baffled that he has seemingly thrown the playbook that worked very well last season out the window.

Last season we had a system. We defended in a mid to low block, shepherded the opponents ball carriers out to the flanks and forced them to take bad shots. And when we got the ball we got it to Kane, Son or Dejan as quickly as possible for rapid transition attacks.

Not exactly tiki taka. But a system that worked.

This season there is none of that. Our attack consists of get it to Perisic so he can cross it onto Kane's head. And our defensive system is non-existant. Which puts too much pressure on the backline.

He most likely feels like he isn't backed enough in the market. But for 15 mil a year you'd expect him to fucking play to the strengths of the players that he has.
 
Why would Paratici leave?

I feel that he has done his job on the player recruitment side really-really well.
Since he joined, we have brought in Kulu, Benta, Romero and Perisic. All of whom are nailed on starters now.

He also has signed us Udogie for whom I have very high hopes. Recently Sarr stocks have raised a lot and even Gil getting playing time and looking better. Spence has not been given chance but I believe in him as well.

In summer we got Bissouma and Richie which both felt like really good pieces of business but have yet to have an impact but in long term I am optimistic regarding them as well. So that leaves us Emerson Royal as his only real flop.

So on the scale "success-jury still out-flop" I'd say the score so far is 4-6-1 ... which is really damn good, specially compared to our recent windows before him.

I'd say - Conte out, Paratici in.
 
Levy is just going to drag this out like Mourinho isnt he. Its pretty clear the players are picking up on the lack of commitment and downbeat demeanour of Conte and as we know they need no excuse to down tools. They look as bored playing as we are watching it.

I do have to agree. I keep saying that for 15 million a year, he needs to adapt a system best suited to what he has.... and also have some sense of tactical ability during games. At the moment, I don't see that pay check being justified.

You're not to only one. I cant be bothered any more. If it wasn't an excuse to get out the house and meet up with a couple of mates I really wouldn't bother. I sing and get behind the team but those on the pitch arent repaying me, so why should I bother. 35 years and 3 cups. It's shite.
 
Its time to liberate and freshen up our squad. And that includes the manager.

We need someone fresh, ambitious and excited to form a new team that’s actually worth watching.

Build around Sarr, Gil, Spence, Kulu… with or without H (be great if we wants to stay but sell if he’s not genuinely up for it).

Hugo, Sonny, Dier, thank you and goodbye.

Dead wood flog off to the highest bidder or donate to Leyton Orient.

Grow a new, young and excited team.

Just let the players play, use their talents and have fun.
