Currently in Play off places on goal difference.

If still there at the end of the season, Harvey has the chance of competing in the Playoffs, those matches add a little more stress/tension which will be good for Harvey to have, good preparation for Spurs big games .

Harvey White: A strong full debut for the Spurs loanee that will certainly give Warne plenty to ponder in regards to his midfield selection for next weekend's trip to Barnsley. The 21-year-old could have even marked it with a wonder strike as an effort from distance narrowly sailed over the crossbar in the first half. 7

A shame conte has hardly used him.
Unless given a chance then you never know. Kloop and pep give youngsters a chance. We could have the creative midfielder right under our noses but will never know.

He's 21 years old and playing in the 3rd division?

Not going to be a PL level player IMO. I know you'll all start crying but face it this is what our Academy does. Churn out players not good enough for the PL.

It’s all about opportunity . He must have some quality otherwise he would have been let go from academy years ago. Raw ingredients must be there then?

It isn't that difficult to get through our Academy. Winks and Tanganga both made it. Our standards are far lower than rival top clubs which allows this level of player to survive. Look at the list of players released by Woolwich and Chelsea's academies and you'll find many who are far better than the players we keep in our Academy year after year.

We even pick up their cast offs, who then go on to not really do much.

The few decent ones have left before being ready for the first team (Madueke, Edwards).

That’s fine to a degree though isn’t it as it can make money and wash its face. If we get 1 first team player from every year’s intake then that should be the aim. That’s still a big ask and many clubs don’t do that.

Is he going to be better than Winks.? Debatable. Is he going to be better than Skipp, I doubt it. I would be very surprised if he makes it at Spurs.
Would still be great if he has a career in football. Academy players need to see that they have a chance to play professional football at a good level (maybe championship for White?). And we are going to get some money at least.

The few minutes he has played in our first team he has been very good. We need creativity in our midfield and he brings that. He’s home grown and club trained. This kid has a future.
