Manager Antonio Conte

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Despite where we are in the league it feels like it did in the last weeks of AVB. If we lose to Milan, West Ham and Chelsea he’ll be gone.
And that's another worry I have against him. Our form turned for the better last season once we were basically knocked out of everything and he had one game a week. If he fails to negotiate 3 games per week again then that's me done. So the Milan game(s) is very, very important.

Grim.

Starting a brand new wingback in front of a doughnut like Tanganga who has barely seen a minute all year was an awful mistake.
Kane constantly playing with his back to goal is completely ineffective. I dunno if he thinks he’s going to turn him into Messi or something but it’s not working.

We sack him now it will cost more money they letting him go at the end of the season probably.

"probably"?

.......He's out of contact in the summer so why would we pay him anything if we part ways then?

If we sack him now it will cost 6m...... A paltry sum compared to qualifying for the next round of the CL by beating Milan.

One of the main gripes (of many ) is that conte doesn’t make subs.
But didn’t poch suffer from the same problem.
Poch changed his formations constantly, tactically he'd change loads and loads of stuff in-game (go 4-4-2/4-2-3-1/4-14-1/3-5-2-2, whatever) sometimes it paid off others it didn't. But between the two scenarios, I'd rather be the team on the ball and struggle to break down the oppo camped on the edge of their box than be the team without the ball struggling to get out of our own half.

I don’t know Conte’s contract but I would suspect if he gets sacked now rather than leaves end of season when the contract comes to an end it costs a bit more, maybe quite a bit more. That seem normally the case with managers.

Expired contract = £0
Sacked with 5 (41.6%) of the final 12 months of a £15m p/a deal remaining: £6.25m

.....The idea of a penalty clause (bonus!) for being sacked doesn't stack up to me.

Difference is this time the vast majority would rather go down to the National League with Poch than turn on him. Last time around, we turned our backs to Poch because we thought we needed a manager who only needed to make that final step, not recognising that the biggest issue was the players.

For me Conte is better than Poch (my respect to Conte is so tremendous that I think that only Klopp is a better manager than him), but Poch is what this fanbase needs, so for the benefit of Conte and Spurs, he needs to go and Poch needs to come back.
Only Klopp is better than AC? I'm genuinely interested in your reasoning
