How though? Has something changed in the rules wrt Bosmans, as I thought players could only sign pre-contracts with a club outside of the association that they are registered in, ie he is allowed to discuss terms and sign a contract with any club outside of Germany, I assume to avoid the potential for a conflict of interest if/when his current club play against his future club.

Club will have to move really quickly in the summer not just on buying players buyer selling.
Speed of sales is generally reliant upon the trickle-down of funds from the spending of bigger clubs/bigger deals..... Paritcularly in a broke Europe and afterall that's where most of those players will be headed. No EPL clubs will want them (Winks & Rodon maaaaaaybe).
There is no 'may need to take a hit on fees'
There is no chance of our recovering the fees particularly for Ndombele, Lo Celso, Reguilon. Question with those 3 is if we recover 50% of the fees we paid, given the wages they are on and failure to live up to expectation.
Should have been more clear I mean lower than we might want, think the club already know they might get 50% or less on them.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind keeping Reguilon around as a backup LB to Udogie. Who knows maybe Udogie turns out to be shit and we end up needing Regui.
