I'll be honest, if Amrabat was going to Liverpool I'd be pissed. he's exactly what they need to cover for Trent and the million AM's they are about to sign. Now that Fabinho's legs have gone, they desperately need a player that does what he does.



Him, Bissoum, and Skipp is top level depth at the 6.

Very good player but our second best central mid behind Calum McGregor. Would certainly make an impact though, technically excellent, great range of passing and has an eye for goal. Start the bidding at £25 million

The days of getting the likes of Van Dijk for £13 million or John McGinn for £3 million from Scottish clubs are over

Everton paid £13 million for Nathan Paterson, Ajax paid £20 million for Calvin Bassey and they are absolute turds compared to a player of Hatates calibre

Doesn't he have a release clause?

Tbh the prices paid for Paterson and Bassey work against you getting more than 15m because they have both been so shit.

That's Rangers though, our players generally go on to do well. Take Jeremy Frimpong for example. Leverkusen signed him from us for £11.5 million a couple of years ago (he did have a release clause). Scored 9 goals and had 11 assists for Leverkusen this season from right back. Now valued at £50 million and heavily linked with Real Madrid and Man Utd this summer

Different ball game when trying to sign players from Celtic as we have a proven track record of players going on to perform at a higher level, Rangers have had none for well over a decade. Hatate would not come cheap as there is no release clause
