Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Thanks for posting this. I remember watching this when it first aired on Sportsnight, way back when, and being so moved by his response. I watch it now and still feel the same.

Arthur Rowe really was the man who set us up in terms of ethos and style, a full decade before Sir Bill. Both should have statues outside the stadium, before any player.
In the days of VHS, I taped this and it would come out at every gathering our group had. We used to call it "Lots" and we all got a bit emotional watching it. Happy memories. :)

Great old photo. Not sure if it's been up before. Worth sharing again,if so.

Ah, Warmington House... even the name sounded like a National Trust stately home!

I remember walking past the Supporters Club at various home games in the early '80s but being too young to go in...

Felt like a mysterious, clandestine secret clubhouse that I longed to see inside, but never did!!

Anyone ever go in?

I'm imagining it was either a Satanic Masonic Meeting Lodge...
or a 1970/80's smoke filled Working Men's club, with Jim Davidson supplying the 'laughs', and Chas 'n Dave providing the music.... Maybe an exotic dancer, Magician or a Vent act at weekends...

...am I close?

We used to go in before every home game to book our away travel and tickets. It is now an art gallery.

I wasn't aware of this gallery unit you mentioned it earlier. Looks interesting.

Yes, I visited it season before last when I was up there early, was trying to remember what it was like before, but apart from the fireplaces and the staircase, nothing left from the original club.

Should have specified that it is a football themed art gallery, think there's a Gazza one on at the moment:)
I daren't imagine ...

Back in the days when we signed players that other fans were envious of.
Half a season with Bobby Mimms in goal fated us to a season of dismal underachivement while Woolwich won the league with a fraction of what we spent on players. Some things never change.

Paul Stewart was actually a similar type of player to Richarlison in that he was able to either play on the wing or up-front and would score the odd goal here and there. I can imagine Richarlison scoring a goal for us in a Cup Final one day like Paul Stewart did:

Venables turned him into an attacking midfielder and that was a stroke of genius. I felt Roberto soldado would have benefited from a similar change of position as well.
