He’s a dog but can play.. He just hasn’t found that place where he looks settled. His career at Roma stuttered because of two bad injuries but has got himself back which tells a lot about him. He has been excellent for Galatasaray. Only 23 too.
We all see players now and then that you just take to and Zaniolo is one of them for me.

I'd take both if Soloman is free or can be bought for a small nominal fee. Barnes for 30-40 mill is totally worth it, he already links up well with Maddison and is a proven PL performer.

Yes be imaginative wit the contract. Who knows if we win something this year he stay on especially if we get CL. It’s a funny old gane.

Barnes is decent but is very similar to Son in the way he plays.
Son healthy again too.

I’d almost prefer to keep Gil around than spend 30m on Barnes. That budget has to go on CBs first.

Where has it been reported?

I think Lenglet would be an excellent back up CB option personally and don't, because of one report, get a feeling that every signing will be the cheapest option.

That wasn't the case last year I don't believe, so don't see why it would be the case now.

His a baby! Surely we could have looked at other CBs? How comes we seem to have found two gens now? He was only interested a few players from Italy. Didn’t even think of looking elsewhere. Botman at toon not great but would say better than all our CBs bar romareo.

His crap and can’t play I a high line back 4. When will people realise that! Get our scouts and find a young defender from the champo. That would better than lenglet. However why not give his spot to dorrington and get tapsoba and vdv in. That is the best option and dump davies dier Dav Rodon sess perri tanganga maybe reg. got that is a long list of totally uselesss defenders.

Where have you seen him play for a team with a high line in a back 4 out of interest?

Didn't he make his name playing in a high line in a back 4 at Sevilla and Initially Barcelona?
