You don't see fans of any other clubs do that, Conte really left some scars.

Thing that annoys me about Gilet is he still has stick arms. He needed to take the opportunity to bulk up a significant amount out on loan

I'm just basing that on watching Spurs and Fulham play. Perhaps I'm too optimistic about Gill but I think he's the better passer and is a high energy player. Where Solomon seems better is in terms of having a good shot from distance. Of the two he would definitely score more goals. I like them both, but I think Gill is a better passer and will fit really well into a high press.Gil is the better of the two? You have no idea if thats true or not.
He certainly is a fuckin Johnson.........I'm putting that Johnson on ignore until after the window closes.
Like Joan Thomas the same post over and over again.
I thought his name was cunt......Trust me, you're not alone. Pretty much everyone thinks his name is Solomon
The funny thing is most managers actually consider themselves part of the club..... Not ol' Tony though.
The dynamic of his interests were quite different.
We'll find out soon enough. I still believe there's a good player there in Gil. Always has been good with the ball and has good pace. I'm not saying Solomon isn't good, just that I still have hope for Gil to make good. How on earth is Gil better?
How have so many fans convinced themselves that a guy, that has done absolutely nothing to justify a squad space, is anywhere near good enough?
He has to be one of the least promising players we've signed in recent memory. No one had heard of him when he signed. And since then, he's shown nothing. Nothing at all.
Agreed. Cash in and recoup some money for payers we actually needIt's mind boggling how some fans have created this belief he has a future at Spurs.
He wasn't even good in games against lower league teams in the cups. Sell him back to Spain. Let him go home, as he clearly would rather be in his home country.
Stop this nonsense about him having a future here.
The more and more I look back on his time with us the more disappointing it was. Just a fucking waste of time. I'm no fan of him but least Mourinho had a personality and could be amusing. Conte was just a whiny bitch.
We qualified for the CL, and we were in/around the top 3 the entire time Conte was at Spurs last season. The more and more I look back on his time with us the more disappointing it was. I doubt we will find out as I'd be surprised to see Gil get much football tbh. We'll find out soon enough. I still believe there's a good player there in Gil. Always has been good with the ball and has good pace. I'm not saying Solomon isn't good, just that I still have hope for Gil to make good.
Solomon is stronger on the ball,a stronger runner and is more of a goal threat. Gil is like an empty crisp packet. Too weak but you can see he has technical ability but will never be a big player for us.I'm just basing that on watching Spurs and Fulham play. Hardly a waste of time. Had we persisted with him (and he with us) until the end of the season, there's no way we finish outside the top 6. We probably finish 4th or 5th at worst.
We'd be in a better place today if he'd stayed until the end and then been able to walk away and and say "job done"

It’s a club signing.
Nobody has a fucking clue how he’ll get on here. But with our elite scouting and recruitment I know where my money would go if I had to bet on it…
