I doubt it. The NFL is really an even playing field, it's all about right place, right time. You can't really buy it, need competent management which Denver hasn't had. However, if you don’t have to sell — and ENIC certainly don’t — that it doesn’t have to be a fair price only what you want (which may or not be what a buyer is willing to pay). .
I would sell my house for the right price but I almost guarantee that no one would pay what I asked ( which would include a massive additional sum because of all the shit that Mrs.NTTH would give me for making her pack up and move). I’m just as happy to stay put.
