Another reason I hate Premier League football. The fans give rapists a pass because they are good at kicking a ball.

If I supported a team outside of the Premier League I would never watch a single minute of it.

A massive proportion of the global fanbase they are desperate to attract for TV subscriptions are neanderthal in their attiude towards women and homosexuals. See Twitter for details.

I think you are over fixated on football. It's merely a reflection of society. And our society and global society don't give a shit about sexual violence towards woman. In fact when women want to discuss how we have built a world in such a nauseating patriarchal image, the line of men ready to stick their fingers in their ears a scream "there's no such thing "s very long and very western. From Pitersen toTate.

More or less yes. People are scarily easy to corrupt with money and prestige sadly.

If we factor in the average length of a pregnancy from the kid's date of birth. He also broke his bail agreement in order to get her pregnant. But the court for some reason chose to ignore that fact.
Think it came out that the old bill was turning a blind eye to him braking he's bail terms

That is the weirdest thing about it. She hide an audio recorder as obviously this happens a lot to nail Greenwood which she did, then she also posted the photos of the beating he gave her. So the rape on audio and the photos online for the world to see.

Then a few days later her dad comes out defending the rapist of his daughter. I know some scummy men do sell their daughters for money and such stuff but fucking hell.

I mean imagine wanting your daughter to be raped (which will happen in the future as well) so you can get some money/fame. What a fucking family.

Basically trapped between Greenwood and her own dad. Didn’t stand a chance.
We obviously should not condone violence from a moral standpoint.

But whichever player that takes one for the figurative team and snaps Greenwood's knee will have done more for that poor girl than her own father. And that's the sad truth.

I've got zero intrest in debating your hero with you. I'll just leave this here and ask you to fixate on the bit of the conversation I was having with my freind Nutter, the bit about sexual violence. That's the bit we care about. Not a throw away example.

I don't think that comes under witness tampering.
Maybe not, but he was breaking his bail conditions to see her. I would've thought that even doing that would come under witness tampering since you're trying to get into contact with the key witness in a case against you.

I'm not really sure how much evidence is required to prove that though.

Not really sure how this works in this case because the key witness was presumably complying.

I sure as fuck am not gonna get into victim blaming; but at some point concern ought to shift from that poor girl to his next potential victim.... Or the kid they're about to bring into this world.

Given the news about the Manchester police that isn't that surprising sadly.

It's 'amazing' what donations can do.

Can anyone remind me what site it is you that allows you to read behind paywalls?

Thx

Yes. Her own parents pressured her to take him back. Her dad proudly defended Greenwood in the media when the news first broke.

Which in layman's terms translates to they enjoyed the money and status that came with their daughter being involved with a PL footballer.

Her own parents sold her out rather than protect her.
Let's not forget that she, and her family, were subject to death threats as well.

I'm not saying that the father was right, only that maybe, just maybe, money wasn't the only factor.

Her family should definitely have stood strong though.

Behind a paywall. Did you read it?

If they dropped the charges through fear, then that still falls short of them breaking bail in order for her to become pregnant.
