Prove gardening leave is tantamount to constructive dismissal.
I'll wait.
You get put on on gardening leave when your current employer won't pay off your existing exit clause Usually because you are moving to a competitor. It works both ways. You can't walk out on your existing contract and nor can your employer dump you without recourse. It is after the fact.

Constructive dismissal is an entirely different thing. That's when you resign because your employer has forced you into a position where you can't do your job. This is initiated by you, the employee not the employer. This is a legal process that you the employee has to prove that said employer made it impossible for them to do their job and prove the same through the legal system.

I'm glad you didn't have to wait too long.

Fail Oh No GIF by The Great British Bake Off

Obviously most here are more concerned about senior squad departures but there are a few in the U21s that could do with a loan.
IMO Craig, John, Paskotski and Santiago are top of the list.
Devine and Scarlett slim chance of being in the 1st team squad?

Celtics highest paid player is Joe Hart on £15k a week

No point sending Dier there if we're gonna have to pay most of his salary.

Hart will probably want a payrise having to play behind him again too

Spurs some way off Forest's Johnson valuation
Tottenham are some way off agreeing a fee for Brennan Johnson with Nottingham Forest, according to the Independent.

Forest reportedly want a basic fee of £40m for Johnson, who is thought to favour a move to Spurs amid interest from Chelsea and West Ham.

The report in the Independent adds that Chelsea could come in if the deal continues to stall into the latter stages of the transfer window.

The same old shit. Every fucking window.

Constructive dismissal requires the subject to resign and forgoe future earnings.
Not sit at home picking their arse and getting £5-£10m a year for it.
What do you think Tanky is going to do if he’s told to stay away from the ground?
Or Hugo?
Or Dier?
You can’t make these players sit at home and pick their arse unless they’re happy to do that.
And you’d really have disgruntled senior pro’s training with the young and ambitious starlets?
We aren’t going to agree on this which is fine by me.
Differing opinions and all that.

Hart is definitely not the highest earner. Celtic could pay at least 1/4 of his, structure it as a loan with an obligation to buy in January and they could pay the rest as a "fee" spread over a couple years. Issue would be getting him to accept a future salary around £30k/wk. Hard to buy Rothkos on that.
