People think he's hired all these new staff just to involve himself in recruitment and transfers just to piss them off, it's hilarious.
But let's be real it's just a way fans cope and use Levy as a scapegoat when things mess up because they are used to it so it's kinda understandable, still funny though.

Mate of mine who's a bit of a British Ed Snowden has managed to hack into the PL & PGMOL's files and he's found a doc entitled "RCOEC - red card offense evaluation criteria", which recommends refs follow this simple methodology:
- Does the offender play for Tottenham?
A. Yes ---> automatic sending off
B. No ----> benefit of the doubt to be given
- Is the offender Cristian Romero?
A. Yes ---> deliberate violent conduct; 4-game ban for the Argentine, 3 Spurs players chosen at random to be quartered in public
B. No ---> CYD (Cash Yates Dunk) rule to be applied, say VAR is temporarily down

There may be some truth in the Éderson (Atalanta) rumors since SC ITK have - quite conveniently - started to copy the stories already making the rounds on Twitter and other media...
