Do something dunce double down. It's the age of intransigence. Pól Pól has given me and X for politely daring to think differently to him, risible stuff. Do people think Son would give a flying fuck if a Spurs fan in semi jest said ' I hope he comes back soon?' I genuinely worry that people put far to much actual real world inference on what a bunch of people killing time on line say about association football. Clue elite multimillionaire sports stars don't need your help. But by all means keep rooting for them.

If God/higher power/whoever you believe gave you the power to predict the future
and told you that we will beat Brighton 1-0 thanks to a Son goal in the 90th minute after him coming off the bench leading to Champions league qualification.

or

We lose to brighton and finish a point below the CL positions but South Korea win the Cup.


What option are you taking?
 
I personally want Son to win the Asian Cup because I realise it would mean the world to him.

While I don’t agree with people wishing that opportunity away from him, there’s no need to insult each other because we don’t feel the same
 
Another think to add is given his age, this is probably his last Asia Cup (and 2nd last international tournament whatsoever). It could even be his last international tournament he plays in, but I think he will bow out of international duty at the end of the next world cup.

You are talking as if the Brighton game is the final game of the season. There’s still a lot of football to be played and even if son makes the final, he will play a big part in it.

You are one of the match day thread melters so I’m not surprised this is how you are viewing it.

Despite being clear #2 for pens behind Kane; it was often Dier, GLC, Trippier or Porro who stepped up for direct FKs in Kane's absence.

The fans here conducted a similar inquiry last time Sonny scored a FK for SK... He took one for us not long after.... It was shit.... I don't recall him taking another once since.




We now have Maddison at the front of the queue.

It’s not a question you asked it was a hypothesis full of what ifs. Son playing the Brighton game will not be the difference in us achieving champions league football or not. And by the way we have more than enough firepower to put Brighton away without son.

Hopefully our players don't possess that same weak and fragile mentality. The ironic thing is you were the one talking about the "lack of winning mentality" just a few posts ago and have now made yourself look like an imbecile again.

Look it's not been his best day but I never thought he was a bad guy. We all saw what happened with the Nagelsmann Tuchel farago.We all have them. I mean now his cut us to the quick with a fifty-two year old television reference. Be kind and overlook it. Tomorrow's a new day @Pol
