Seems even more clear you completely failed at comprehending my point

100k pw plus bonuses

this one is better and says 120k pw

If we signed one of the most exciting strikers in the world and your first thought would be bitter disappointment as you’d be worried about the rest of your budget, you’re doing it wrong.

And that’s not me saying I think we should sign Osimhen, we probably can’t. But it would be exciting. He’s really quick and could score shit loads.

Yes, thankfully the club aren't stupid enough to do that anyway so we don't need to worry.

Look closer......

That equates to £84kpw - Basically what Gala are paying him this season.

From YOUR chosen source:

Also says £200kpw / 10.4m p/a

Yep, would be incredibly stupid to sign a ridiculously good striker who will inevitably end up at a top club and win lots and lots of silverware. We wouldn't want that, it wouldn't be fiscally responsible at all.

Such an odd, odd mentality.

Who would want to sgn top players and win things?

Not me, that's for sure. I'm happy just paying top tickets, monthly tv subs and sky high merch prices. Winning things is for irresponsible clubs. I'd hate to be irresponsible, much better to win the FFP award every year.

Only stupid clubs blow their budget in positions we're not in desperate need of a upgrade, that would be us if we did that in the Summer

Unless you'd be happy to continue with Kulusevski and Solomon as wingers, bet you'd be ecstatic at that wouldn't you.

Do you genuinely think Ndombele was a similar profile signing wise to Kvara? Like deep down?

You were talking about boldness of financial commitment and how we have NEVER 'gone big' at that level.

If now what you're clinging in to is that Kvara is more of a sure thing; then that just frames TN as even bolder.

We are very desperate for a top tier attacker. Son is 31, history shows his decline is going to come in the next year or so.

We've trimmed the wage bill a lot, have shit loads of FFP wiggle room and have a striker in Richarlison who could be sold. Osimhen would not be our entire summer budget.

Stupid fucking discussion anyway as we couldn't get him. But if we could and you'd be disappointed that we did (for fiscal reasons) you're weird.

Uhhh no I was saying signing a player of Kvara's level is something we've never done before. We have never gone out and signed a player who has his profile. It's never happened. Tanguy wasn't even close to it.

If we went for Kvara we'd be up against several elite clubs at least. We'd never get the run at him we got with Ndombele.

We're not

We're in desperate need of wingers, Son isn't even slowing down his press has been immense this season, his pace isn't declining although his 1vs play is which is why he's better up top and his general all round play has improved, we don't need to replace him just yet so there's no rush.

Wingers need upgrading, they're the absolute priority for this team - if the club go out and but Oshimen and neglect the wide positions that will tell you that we're not serious or something has gone seriously wrong in our squad planning.
