Clearly bullshit. Everyone knows the decent sources, a few broadsheet journos, Dan Kilpatrick, Gold when he's not pumping out his generalised waffle, Romano and Paul O Keefe seems to get a lot right. Thats about it.

The last thing you need to do is add pressure onto a signing and as a result the whole project.
Especially not for a player that will ask for high wages and isn't amazing. They need to sign players that have a chance of being unifying. Werner has already been here and been divisive amongst Spurs fans.
Even a CHO that will get mixed reactions to start, at least he hasn't already played for us and looked average

Think Ange has ruled out Son as a CF so I can see us signing one even if Richarlison stays. Loads more games hopefully, Richarlison prone to injuries, think it’s certain we’re signing one at least.
He’s 100% going to start at LW but what we have to avoid is needing to play him into the ground by not having another player that’s a similar level competing with him.
More reliable than most, doesnt mean they're across every deal that happens.
