Kit New Kit

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I might get the away top when it's released, which I quite like(if the leaks are accurate). Not too bad at £65 with the £20 voucher, I suppose. However, I'll probably do the usual, and ask the Mrs to buy it for me as a Christmas present.
I think the home top would look good as casual wear, but not as a kit option.

Give the Mrs the £20 voucher as an early Xmas present.

Save your shit..... You already lied about the Chav kit pricing (when it's not even available!).......

.....And proceeded to throw around bollocks like "comfortably more expensive" as if there's a significant difference rendering other Nike kits significantly more affordable.

"Narratives" indeed. Twat.

EDIT: The poster above me just schooled you too.
I didnt lie about anything you clown, its just your head is so far up Levy’s arse that you can’t see the woods from the trees.

You see with a little bit of digging you can see that the price for Chelsea’s regular kit from last season can still be found, and is once again cheaper that ours.

I haven’t been schooled by anyone.

There is no club charging more for their kits than Spurs in the Premier League.
The fact you continue to defend this fact is actually hilarious.

I'm no fan of the kit... or the price inflation of them seemingly year on year, but I don't quite agree with this.

Our 'regular' one: £84.99

Liverpool's 'regular' one: £84.99

Weirdly, the only reason you can buy the Liverpool kit a little more cheaply is because their official website sells it for £80. Very surprising that they do so, and would be surprised if almost any other clubs would.

Hell, if you look at Chelsea's kit for last season (i.e. 23/24), it's selling for £84.99 too which is in fact five pounds higher than the £79.99 RRP for our equivalent shirt.

Adidas, for comparison, appear to be £80 for their regular 24/25 kits across the board (and £110 for the 'authentic' ones compared to Nike's £125). While I can get on board with complaints about ticket pricing decisions etc by ENIC and co, I think this is simply a Nike issue.
Mate they’re all prices on the Nike site, not official club shops. Obviously clubs have zero say on what Nike themselves want to sell them for in their stores.
Granted, the kits for Nike are absolutely more expensive than any other brand, but as I’ve explained to mr Airfixx, Spurs are the only ones who are charging full whack for their “match day kit” in their official stores.

Chelsea, nor Liverpool, nor Brighton (also sponsored by Nike) do similar.

As I posted, Liverpool certainly undercut the official Nike website by 5 pounds (for the 24/25 kit) but as per your link there: that's last season's Chelsea kit (unsurprisingly the same £79.99 price point that we had). We'll have to wait and see what they sell the new one for on their club website, but I'd be surprised if it differed from ours.

Brighton is a peculiar case as you literally cannot buy their kit from the Nike website. I'm not sure if this is because it's seen as less of a prestigious club, whether they only make their kit in a 'cheaper' template but it's not really a direct comparison.

Looking at some of the European clubs for comparison:

>new Athletico Madrid kit isn't out, but you can see that last season's (blank) female 'regular' shirt was the same £79.99 price point as ours.

>Inter Milan's was a whopping £92 for last season's 'regular' kit on their online store

>Barca is inconclusive due to a lack of new options, but a 'Barca exclusive' long sleeve 'regular' shirt from last season translates to approximately £85

Brighton are the only Nike kits that were noticeably cheaper last season than ours.
That's as a result of Nike probably paying them in seagull food rather than tens of millions of pounds.

It's a simple formula. The more money Nike pay a club to exclusively make their kits, the more they charge for the kits.
If ours a few quid more than Chelsea, it's because we have a better deal than Chelsea.
Easy.

Someone suggested spider_jerseys in an earlier post but I've never used them myself. I've always used soccer04. I only order kids kits but they've always been great from there

I might give them a go then. I used them back when they were soccer01 but haven’t used them in a while. I’m just after kids kits so it doesn’t matter if they’re not perfect as they’ll only get trashed anyway.

That's last years Chav prices, you fraud.

Compare like for like or GTFO.

Chelsea, nor Liverpool, nor Brighton (also sponsored by Nike) do similar.

So Brighton are "top 6" (see your OG post) now are they?

They also haven't launched their 24/25 pricing either fwiw.

Spurs: 125 & 85 (club shop) v 125 & 85 (Nike)
Pool: 125 & 80 (club shop) v 125 & 85 (Nike)
Chavs: NOT RELEASED

The only fair comment attached to your OG claim is that yes the dippers have knocked a fiver of ONE of the TWO adult kits this season (compared the to Nike RRP)..... Which doesn't go far enough to warrant your BS whining.

...........How about you just don't buy one and just STFU?

Ha! The cheek of you to call out me bringing up last seasons Chelsea kit when YOU brought it up in your initial reply to my post to try and discredit me and prove your point, you absolute melon.
You can’t go screaming at me then for bringing it up to prove your point wrong. :ange-lol:

Also, I never said Brighton were top 6. If you’d actually read my initial post properly, I said we have the most expensive kit in the ENTIRE LEAGUE (which we do factually). I only mentioned Brighton when the conversation specifically turned to Nike pricing.

I also have to laugh at you resorting to just crudely telling someone to “Shut The Fuck Up” when they say something that criticises the club in even the smallest manner.
And you wonder why people see you as simply a regime apologist. :mourthumb:

BRILLIANT...

A kit cunt off!

I've seen it all now... Just when I thought this place couldn't surprise me any more!

It's a FUCKING KIT!
a not great one, granted, but I'm finally at peace that we'll NEVER go back to the plain white shirt/Navy shorts home kits if yesteryear, and so should you... It's over.

Gen Z want faded vertical lines and weird colours and and polka dots with wonky swooshes on, that's up to them.

Let them get on with it I say.

I've got my original 1981 and '82 Le Coq Sportif home shirts... and I'm MORE than happy with that!
