When has that ever helped us with injury prone players. Rememeber when we played Lo Celso vs Fulham in the cup after he didn't play in the PL and he got injured in the first 45 minutes?
Yep Eze is closer to Maddison. Both Eze and Maddison can play wing but they are really 10’s. Not that I am against Eze he is great.

They’ve also bought 5 keepers in the last 2 years. I have no clue what they’re doing, absolute mess.
Still leaves us with no real balance on the right though unless Moore steps up, and it’s not his best side. Brennan and Son is just not a good blend of wingers, they both struggle against set defences..
Neto’s injury record is slightly better than Lo Celso.
But with muscle injuries, there’s greater risk with more game time.
Sonny has played on the right (with success) a fair few times in his career. Maybe him and Eze can can switch positions multiple times during a game?
£60m for someone with that injury record is insane. Good one to avoid imo but as ever depends who we end up with.
There’s not much space for Eze in the squad given that Son will be LW, and Bergvall could challenge Maddison for CAM.
Chiesa is apparently gettable for very little money as well.Raphina, Kubo, bakayoko?

Given the way Maddison has been playing, I'd bite your foot off for Eze.
