Poch is a cunt for smearing his name with that lot. There are limits as fans for what is acceptable. That lot goes beyond what is reasonable.
That said, I do think we will see him back at the lane and he’s not a “fat loser”. Shy of trophies, & his “unique” interviews, he was bloody good for this club at a time when there was fuck all money for players, we were building the stadium and playing at that turdbowl in Wembley.
Good times really. Poch still has credit for me, diminished only by his comments before the CL final, playing an unfit Kane & managing that filthy bunch after us.
Outweighed by the fun though.

Only if he really likes working under Ange, and he thinks Ange is here long term.

Apart from that no, it's just another job and there will be other offers.

He’s in his prime and one of the best players in the world in his position. He should be looking to win things. If he doesn’t see the club pushing it’s comfort zones to win things with him, he will be off.

This summer is HUGE for this club to show who it is now. Levy doesn’t seem to see it that way though. He’s happy cruising in his comfort zone.

Its always the same though , I think i'm quite reserved as a Spurs Fan but let's be honest here - our Club Business Model is just to compete for top 4 - ENIC's way of thinking is we got 5th last year so lets just do a little bit more and get 4th.
As much as I hate them gooner cunts you can imagine their Chairmans meeting a few years ago and they were probably talking on what they needed to do to actually try and win the league and they spent big to try and do so, thankfully so far is hasn't come to fruition however compare it to our Board meetings and the discussion is "What do we need to do to get Top4?"
My only glimmer of hope is Levy & Enic are playing the long game and they know the last few years regardless of what we spent wouldn't matter as City have cheated and we are looking to build something for the next few years

What's our net spend last 5 years vs Woolwich?

That’s fair but the wage cap we have definitely correlates with top 4 not premier league title

That's fair.

But any money they don't spend still belongs to the club right? In which case it's more about the timing and efficiency of the spending. Both of which have had their low points to be honest.

But my original point was that relationships are important too. And whatever you think about his coaching tactical stubbornness and naivete, I think Ange builds cohesion much more than his recent predecessors. And if that's important to Romero (and I don't know if it is or not) then that could be a factor in delaying the inevitable.

I agree and Romero clearly loves Ange and loves Spurs tbh. He looks really close to the whole squad...

Football is ruthless though. None of that matters if Real M did come calling. They are probably the only club who could tho.
