He isn’t, he’s top level, the best I don’t think anyone says he is, he is very effective at what he does. His only weakness is his temperament IMO. It’s funny, I’m guessing you’re quite young and think Vinnie Jones was just a thug? Vinnie for his day was well well advanced over other players in his position. He was brutal but he could actually play football. His temperament was a bit of a concern but he was a baller for his position.
