He’s absolute class on the ball. Consistently plays those beautiful, incisive balls through the middle that bypass entire midfields. The weight of his pass is almost always correct.

He needs to up his concentration. The Vardy shit was unacceptable for a player of his ability.
He was dominant and could/should have finished with 2 assists and a goal but somehow it wasn’t the best of Christian Romero today.
His right foot is very underrated though. Pings it and has a sand wedge as well when needed.

Trying to do it all I think. Just play your position, defensive solidity first. The rest is a bonus.
Cuti’s playing style is what it is and he’s not going to change. You do have to wonder if we’d be a bit more reliable at the back with Dragusin and Micky.
He’s first choice centre half for the team that won the World Cup. Hard to argue he’s not world class. He’s having a bad spell currently though.

Like I said last year VDV is already the better defender. Reads the game far better. Romero switches off too much and comes out and is caught out positionally far too much. May get away with that at Madrid with world class players in front of you but not with bissouma, maddison ,Sarr and kulusevski. Needs to focus on just being a solid defender.
