I mean its clear to anybody with eyes Solanke is a very good player that is being restricted due to our style of play.

We play with 2 wide players that are shoot first type players. Johnson wasn't like that last season but has clearly been instructed to play how he did at Forest. His game is to 'ghost in' and find pockets of space nearer the goal which isn't exactly helpful to a strikers goalscoring stats.

He's almost playing that Firmino role for Liverpool, our wide forwards are in a position where he should be if he was playing as a natural striker or with a 10 behind him.

Hopefully I'm being too soon with this because of the fraud he has to play under but, looks like yet another mid table club has done us out of £50M plus and upgraded with a replacement for much cheaper.
 
Good player but asking or expecting him to be our main striker and with no other striker to compete against or at times play alongside is proving to be an act of complete stupidity.

I said this in the summer. He is not Kane or even in the bracket below.

It's not just about service.
