I'm not staying that is a good thing. ENIC got into football to be part of what football was already becoming, its not their ideology.

Not a single person who regularly watches any Prem league, European, international football can with a straight face tell me that the game isn't rotten from top to bottom. The whole thing is a corrupt mess designed to maximise profit for TV companies, owners, agents.

I hate to break it to you but Spurs were absolutely instrumental in the formation of the Premier League, we were one of the five clubs who worked to create it. Not under ENIC, mind. But it was us. We started the fire.

Absolutely nailed it. In fact a lot of posters who belittle our clubs former stature and history seem completely oblivious to the fact that before ENIC we were part of what was recognised as the established BIG 5.
And, lest we forgot, we were instrumental in the gang of 6 that tried to start the biggest bonfire of the lot in breaking away from English football altogether just 4 years ago.

1 minute walk out on 23 minutes or even a slow clap and boos for one minute on 23 ( is it 23 years ? ) we don’t need everyone to do that, Just enough on a Sly Sports game will have an effect.

And when we talk about Levy, we need to expand the conversations to include Collecote, Cullen and Caplehorn in the mix. These wankers get a free pass all the time but are as guilty as Daniel due to piss poor upwards management. Embarrassing them is a reasonable approach to take.

Ok fair, I had meant to say ENIC more specifically but for sure Scholar and Sugar played a huge part.

The overall point remains. Being angry at ENIC and wanting richer more powerful owners is just doubling down.

It seems like the people who harp on about the good old days are the ones who are desperate to sell the soul of the club even more.

It's impossible to do a one minute walk out. It takes ten minutes just to get from my seat back to the concourse at full time, and that's even after half the stadium has vanished at 75 minutes.

Out bald little friend clearly designed it this way on purpose.

Wait, so do you want to win trophies or not?

I don't see how you can have it both ways, you want different owners who spend more money to buy better players and pay bigger wages but somehow you don't want them to also be complicit in destroying g football even more?

How would you suggest we achieve that?
