Should be fine with people changing their mind tbh. IDK why theres a culture on the internet of calling people out because their views changed, isn't that a really natural thing, you get provided with insurmountable evidence and choose to account for it in your opinion?
Plus end of the day I think everyone really just wants to see the club do well, some of us think thats under Ange and the vast majority of us don't, I'd really like to see him gone asap because the fanbase is toxic as fuck right now and we could really do with a lift.

I said it earlier, but everyone’s got a breaking point

Some people get to it quicker than others

At this point I'd honestly consider giving Ten Hag a go because surely he cannot do worse?
With respect, you do realise the only options aren't just "other PL managers who've failed at big clubs in the last 6 months", right?

Ten Hag was an absolute travesty. Could not coach a high press to save his life, multiple maulings by the analysts like Carragher over his lack of structure/tactics/anything. And a very similar delusion present amongst their fanbase that they had to back him and give him time. They at least had the excuse that he won them two cups. Oh, and he was a moody cunt. Ring a bell?

Anyway, enough about him. The point is, I don't see why we'd have to settle for the same 3-4 names of failed names. I keep seeing Southgate's name pop up here and there... er, why? Be honest, is it because you only know the names of 2 managers without a job?

Surely Brighton's experience with first De Zerbi and then Hurzeler shows that there are guys out there that probably none of us know who are doing a fantastic job around Europe. It is Lange's job to know them, in fact he should have been compiling a list last April as soon as it became clear Ange was a bit of a fraud, and if he doesn't he should be sacked too.

Not one trophy between the 3 of them.
Ah right yeah, guess Emery has been a failure at Villa cos he's not won a trophy. And Howe at Newcastle for the same reason. And Potter and De Zerbi at Brighton. All failures. In fact, seems almost every manager in English football has been a failure over the past 5 years other than Pep and Klopp. Oh, and that huge success, Erik Ten Hag.

FYI, it's sometimes better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt.

Traditionally, we are bigger than all those teams you've mentioned and yes, not winning a cup as Spurs manager SHOULD be seen as a failure.

Fair play to Harry, he took us from mid-table mediocrity back into the Top 4, but from that point every manager has failed in my book.

Let’s be honest he got lucky. For each of those there’s an AVB, Nuno, and Ramos.
I'm not saying he didn't. But the original poster said it was failed manager one after the other, which simply isn't true.

Also when Levy took over we were roughly 11th-14th place in the league. He then took us into the top 6 and established us as one of the world's richest clubs. The only other team that managed to break into that group in England were Man City, and they only managed it due to oil billions. Levy basically did it on a zero net spend, and under Poch we very nearly won the league and CL.

All the while the owners of the likes of Everton, Villa, Newcastle, Leeds etc - our rivals when Levy took over - were busy destroying their clubs and taking them into the Championship.

I don't like Levy and don't think he knows much about football, but those who moan about him and claim he's the only one holding us back have to explain which owner they would have preferred over the last 20 years who isn't connected to an oil state or the Russian mafia.

I'm not really trying to disparage Brendan Rodgers too much here tbh, with a tiny bit more luck he would've been the first man to win the PL with Liverpool, plus that team scored 101 goals which is no mean feat. Also winning the FA cup and having Leicester competitive for European spots was an achievement in and of itself, they've hardly gone from strength to strength since they parted ways with him. I don't really know why no PL clubs were really interested in him before Celtic got him, or why it seems he is never considered a serious suggestion if he's linked to Spurs, he is a way way better manager than Postecoglou and his teams play good football by and large.

**honestly he's cringe but he'd be great right now

You out here AngeIn-ing all the way till now and then want to start suggesting new managers? Shouldn't the shame ferment for at least 24 hours?

You're right. Based on this I think anyone who demanded Nuno be sacked should also perform a public struggle session on this site before ever offering an opinion again. After all a bloke who can get Forest to be challenging for the title is quite clearly a brilliant manager who no reasonable football fan would ever call to be sacked right?

Now... just let me check this "search function" thingy to find out what todd1882 todd1882 had to say about the brilliant Nuno Espírito Santo. I'm sure it's impassioned defences and calls for him to be given time and support...

Uh oh...

Oh my gosh... all my assumptions have been shattered. I thought you were the oracle of all things correct about football and managers.

Wow... now I don't know what to believe? You bastard

The Brighton game was the turning point 2 nil up and comfortable....we should have closed that fucking game down
The turning point was the day we signed this fraud.

All jokes aside, it was Chelsea home last year. Never seen a more moronic display of "tactics" in my life, or a bigger bottling of any chance at a title race in one day. And to think half the muppets in the stadium stood up and applauded that shit 😂 We got battered by our fierce rivals 1-4 at home, it should have been 1-8, and the fanbase are clapping. Pathetic bunch of seals.

Of course it's a failure if a manager fail to win trophies. The longer time passes, the bigger this failure becomes. A serious club doesn't accept that this failure becomes too big. So Emery is failing but his failure is still quite small and there is a good reason for the Villa owners to believe that he actually will win a trophy in the near future. Is Ange's failure small? Yes, it is. Is there a good reason for Levy to believe that he will win a trophy in the near future? No.

Fucking dumb take
