I know that I mean to have already made virtually or completely certain of top 8 by now. Go back to earlier months and lots of people saying go string early get qualification for top 8 done. Then we could rest and rotate players.

Ange's comments on Maddison in that embargo section completely kill off any idea that they have fallen out. Seems pretty obvious Ange has just been trying to keep him fresh because the way he spoke about his leadership and mentality, they are clearly seeing eye to eye

The context was that there’s now a solid base , youth exposed to senior team, an overhaul of the medical, S and C, a clean out of overpaid has beens, a new identity, a change in culture, that a willingness to accept mediocrity has been washed away et al.

There’s no need to be rude. You have not explained any context that changes or alters what he said. He said the squad and everything about the club is better. Try explaining where the context is in that, that changes it.

In respect of the injuries, I would like to know if Postecoglou attributes any blame on his methods, be that training, his tactics or how much he played certain players, prior to that option being taken through limited numbers?
I'm probably seeing stuff that isn't there but it seems to be another bit of evidence of a potential takeover/partial takeover.
Like, why else would everyone be so content with things as they are?
I LOVE using it to show how worthless the Postecoglites are. When we were losing (like we do a lot under the fraud) but winning the underlying metrics, they mattered.
Now when we win but lose the metrics, the result is all that matters…
