nope, he’s definitely going to be a very good player. You can tell that by the way takes the ball. Plays on the turn, knows where the space is. He’s already very difficult to get off the ball. Don’t know if he’ll end up playing wide right or more in field but he’s going to be a good player. He’s better than Gray imo and he was 40.
Yes, he does take the turn well and can spot a pass directly afterwards. It's good stuff but not a quality you pay 50 m for.

We don't know how good he's around the penalty box. Absolutely nothing in his stats suggests that he's anything special. From the video I watched I saw little proof of it too. Just because you do one thing doesn't necessarily mean you do the rest at an equally good level, as I know that you know.

One thing I didn't like about him from the highlight video is how easily he went down. If you're 18 and want to prove yourself, you fight for every ball. Taking the easy way out is cheap and not an attitude we should want at our club.

And he also looks slow as fuck. Even slower than Kulu. Could it be that we're looking for a Kulu replacement?

No way is this going to be as good as Kulu. If we want a slow left footed plodder, we should stick with Kulu. But poor mans Kulu will never make the cut.

I mean, fine but if Ange doesn’t survive, which coach are they finding to play all these young players?

Squad badly needs players ready to go now

Similar to Archie. This is our new transfer strategy moving forward. Willing to pay big money for young English talent.

Half because we think they can come good. Other half because English players seem to hold their resale value better.

When we get slaughtered by Liverpool, as we will, in that cauldron and with nothing but idiot fans' optimism to help us and after we have already been beaten by Villa,

At least that sh!t will be off the eternal dream world that many on here inhabit.

Nothing like hope instead of Soma to keep people wafting in La La land.

And still we wait for the club spin to roll out some more lies about targets etc.

Stir-fry excreta all of it.
Pal, I like most of your posts and I can tell you're passionate (and emotional), but wind your neck in a bit about the fans. The vast majority of us know full well what's going on and we ain't friggin happy, we're suffering.

You wanna target someone, aim your rage at that fake from Paris and his shitty cohort that's as tiny as his penis.

So we are going to fork out 40m plus on Dibling for the summer. Do these absolute cretins not get how serious our situation is now??? how fucking arrogant are these cunts?

We need experienced players in addition to these youngsters anyway ffs. Providing we survive this season it looks like we will be doing the exact same thing again where we target young players and then we will pretend to be shocked when it doesn't work again.

Even our thick as pig shit manager has since stated we should now be targetting more experienced players to compliment the young players we have yet these gormless pricks are keeping this pathetic excuse of a manager yet not even doing what he says.

We are absolutely fucked.

This is a Levy masterclass. I've figured it out.

He's waiting until the absolute last minute before opening the war chest.
Except this time it's not to save a few quid. It's so the expensive new world class players spend the least amount of time possible with Ange, who he will sacked after we get tonked by Liverpool.

If we'd have signed 5 players in the first week of January, they'd all be knackered, injured and had the talent coached clean out of them by now.
I actually think I've figured out Levy's plan and nobody is going to like it.

He's only signing young players for the sole reason that our next manager will be Ryan Mason and he wants to build a young team with Mason in charge. The problem he has is senior players like Son, Romero, Maddison and Kulusevski won't want to play under Mason and will move elsewhere so we will continue to go backwards as we will inevitably sell all them in the next 2 or 3 windows. But his idea is we will have all these young players (Bergval, Moore, Gray, Dibling, Vuskovic, Sarr, Udogie, etc) playing under Ryan Mason and that's his vision for where Spurs will be in 2/3 years.

Be great if it all works out in the end but chances are it wont and the next 2 or 3 years will be shocking watching our best players leave and watching Ryan Mason trying to get up to speed.

What Iraola is doing with Bournemouth is better than anything Ange has done in his career. It would be madness to pass up the opportunity to bring him in. He could be our next Poch, but he could actually win things with the way he mugs off all the other elite managers in this league.

Only Spurs would decide to double down on a useless bluffer in Ange instead of brining in a young top up and coming manager who is proving he can do it in the PL with a small club.

You know how I support the team? By travelling four hours plus each way for every home game and singing and cheering them on.

But please, do tell me how ignoring reality on a fucking internet forum provides extra support? I suppose when your total "support" comes to logging into a forum and watching on TV it allows you be safely smug and superior.

Well done you, really backed the team there.
Pal...he ain't from Paris. He ain't handsome or rich or insanely intelligent, as he once claimed on his biog...what a helmet. He's never had a bird, his Pornhub addiction don't count. The only time he's visited the Piedmont was via Google Earth.

He's never played or coached. Guy has zero friggin knowledge about the game.

Mainly, he sure as shit ain't no Spurs fan.

But for certain, he's an absolute mug. The only knob on here who once called me a racist cause I slagged off his beloved Thuram and Kounde...yes me, who's biracial and a former Muslim (now atheist).

I think a strategy, whichbwe stock to is good. Far better to have something than not. No issue for me.

But it needs the right manager and a willingness to foex to need. It also needs the right type of foundation and that means role-model of players to bring the best out of those youngsters.

It's clear our younger players don't have those more experienced heads around them or necessarily the right manager.

But a strategy is fine in my opinion.

It's fucking mental. I and others said in the summer, how bad and pathetic our summer business was and that we would have an absolute shit season, and so it has proved.

You can't keep signing 18 year olds, no matter how talented they are. You need to bring in established quality. But we don't want to do that, the wages are too high. It's neglect put and simple.
