Ange out on Monday. Ya Ya Toure in until end of the season. That’s my expectation.

He’s just got his UEFA Pro licence, has worked at the club, is a presence, is respected and is clearly a leader. A risk. Perhaps, but less so under the current structure. Being Saudi assistant is not stopping him coming in.

Ange beats Villa he is likely safe for a little while longer, although I think the Liverpool embarrassment might actually have already done him regardless.

So easy for you to dismiss a footballer of 15+ years saying he doesn’t know what he is talking about. Dier has given a million times more to Spurs than the clueless Aussie will ever. Dier knows the difference between tactics and what Ange is doing. Ange even says it himself he plays the way he wants no matter the opponent.
Given the reports of Ange being very "my way or the highway" and not asking for people's opinions in meetings. I can definitely see one of the reasons for players like Dier and Pierre being moved on that they asked too many questions regarding tactics and systems. It was well known that both guys were pretty vocal in that way. But other coaches like Jose and Conte saw that as a positive.

I’m not holier than thou. I was acting the cunt after a shit result.

I didn’t defend Ange for that Liverpool performance. That was unforgivable for everyone involved in the club.

You are just giving it the big one about your coaching experience making your ability to judge a professional coach legit, and I called you out for it.

You were chatting shit mate. It’s ok, everyone on here does it. Just own it.
Called me out 😂😂who the fuck do you think you are. I mentioned i had some sort of coaching experience after you implied i hadnt a clue.how is that giving it the big one.
Youre the one saying you know high end coaches. Do ye fuck. You spend 24/7 on this site sucking off ange and you havent a dickie bird what youre talking about you absolute weapon

I wouldn't say I'm an Ange outer, but it is remarkable how much bullshit and bluster there is behind him. Even Pochettino didn't have this level of fanboyism.

I've never known such a mediocre manager to have such a rabid group of fanboys defending his every word. You give Ange the slightest bit of criticism and you're told to fuck off, that you "haven't got the stomach for a rebuild", "you're what's wrong with this club" etc.

This guy is a theoretician, a mediocre one at that but that's beside the point, not a practitioner. I'm of the opinion that any manager could do with a tactially astute backroom staff that'll shoulder some of his burdens in terms of Xs and Os, but someone like Ange is especially desperate for this kind of reinforcement. Against this background, his refusal to establish a more or less permanent backroom staff that'll follow him around has always been alarming. It's easy to paint this as an indicator of being low maintanence, but I'm afraid it's just negligence. He doesn't really care about micromanagement himself, and he doesn't pursue people who'll care about it either.

Lumiere Lumiere
It's genuinely scary on social media. There's this Swede call Hal Halenbeck...the blokes like one of David Koresh's followers at Waco. Completely denial that Ange can be wrong about anything. He'd give the bloke his kidney.

This comment kind of negates the rest of your post.

You literally just listed a series of reasons why it would be idiotic to be Ange in.
Lol you really can't be paying any attention can you. I've been Ange out for TEN MONTHS. I simply accidentally pasted in Lumiere Lumiere text the bloke I was addressing

You have to concede that Bournemouth have been playing one game a week all season though. They went out of the Carrabo at the 1st match. Iraola can actually train them, teach the kids the system. We’ve not actually had a clear week since October. There’s barely been time to do any actual training, it’s mostly recovery and some set piece stuff for the next opposition.

We should have done better than we have been, but it’s been a hugely challenging run, logistically, physically, and psychologically ,

I don't think this point is as true as people think it is. Do we have injuries? Yes. Do we have less time to prepare? Yes. But there are instances where we have had more preparation, no injuries, and still lost games we should not.

If Everton didn't get rid of him I don't think villa will

Yet we lost loads of games last season and went on bad runs with one game a week. It’s just another excuse for him.

Sounds like you're the one not paying attention to the comments you quote that end up being defined as your own due to a failure to understand the quoting mechanics of the forum.

Bit of a 'you' issue really.

If we lose to Villa I can’t support him anymore.

But I’d want them to get someone who inspires me to think the goal is still winning things and becoming a truly elite club.

Iraola, Frank, Silva… all the popular names are people just about treading water between 8th and 4th.

You say that- but I promise you there is magic for us in the approach to the game that Iraola or Silva could provide. Silva in particular has a mentality tough as fucking nails. Iraola is incredibly inventive and an excellent developer of talent.

Frank I don’t particularly care for.

Dier summed up Ange’s approach pretty well last year. He was accused sour grapes but actually praises elements of his coaching methodology in the article. Rereading it does highlight to some extent why we have reached this point. Although as many are pointing out its Levy who is the true villain here.

Pretty damning in my opinion. 1 way only.

Never ever ever known a so called manager to be given so much time.

It is truly beyond comprehension. Just shocking.

Just making a complete mockery of the club..

- he hasn’t gone against the club (see Conte).
- he doesn’t play a really negative style of football (see Jose or Nuno).
- injury crisis has been extreme.
- the manager available list is shit.
- club has previously looked a joke sacking managers then Levy holding his cock for months searching for a manager as Mason ambles through.
- still in two cups. We will probably go out of the FA but the EL dis realistic as the teams in it aren’t at Liverpool or Villas level.

Club has probably decided to hobble to the end of season then review when better managers like Iraola become available. The situation has greatly favoured Ange in a way it didn’t for previous managers.

Let’s be honest if we sack Ange somehow the club would end up with a joint Southgate Mason manager setup and clown us to death till the end of season. There isn’t any easy option for the club.
