If we can't beat Bodo Glint we might as well give up, even with Ange in charge. Solid performances all-round tonight, thought we really missed Madders when he went off, we had no one to drop a shoulder and create space, never mind crating a penno chance. Bents was excellent, as was Bergvail, in fact it was pretty good all round, esp the back four and vicario had very little to do..
Ange is still an issue, going to a back 5 invited them on to us and we have not done that since going 3 down in one half to an off form Everton.
Great to see Solanke get a goal, his pressing was immense tonight

Going to a back 5 was perfect. For Gods sake Ange gets criticised for not changing tactics….did you want him to keep attacking, leave gaps for them to exploit. He’s actually done the right thing for once. Stupid comment.

There aren’t that many people who live in either Bodo or Glimt ; per capita it’s like us having a 400 K + stadium ( we’d have real grass obviously ) .
 
I think we all need to collectively agree to stop freaking out and overreacting to each league performance and result from now until the end of the season. The players were clearly not arsed against Wolves and gave away some stupid goals but they were arsed tonight when it mattered. I'd love if we could make 7/8 changes for the league games and still win but its not realistic. Don't be surprised if the team aren't arsed on Monday night against Forrest who have alot more on the line and tbh we'd all prefer to see Forrest make top 5 over Chelsea anyway. So is it really the end of the world if we lose at home to Forrest on Monday night?

I think its time for us fans to totally bin off the league. We can take it seriously again next season but finishing 17th or 12th really makes no difference. If we play well and get a result then its a little bonus but honestly who cares... What matters now is getting to this Europa League final and not picking up any more injuries. That is the bigger picture. Lets not lose sight of that when we lose to Forrest and Liverpool next week
