I'm happy for Frank to go the other way tbh. If we get off to another 10 game flyer it may mask problems and everyone gets too carried away.
I'd almost rather we had a mundane start. The way things are I'd say a few 0-0's, 1-0's and 0-1's tbh.

Why does this matter, first 10 games doesn't count anyway isn't that right?

I have to say I am quite excited about Frank. I was not when Nuno and Ange were announced. I kind of liked Mou appointment, just due to his different approach and legacy compared to Poch.

But regarding Frank I am really optimistic.
Main reasons -

- He clearly is a deditacted man- he led Brendford since 2018 (!) that is remarkable on that level in this age
- And he literally raised the clubs profile multiple levels. Before he took over, they were relatively fresh faces even in Championship (!) just four seasons since their promotion to 2nd league level.
- He took fresh-faced Championship club to established mid-table team in EPL. Just look how currently the Championship sides are yo-yo'ing up and down, that is remarkable feat.
- Everywhere I look analysis claims that he is able to adapt and change his approach based on the situation (playing very high possession and expansive football in Championship but mixing it up in EPL).
- He seems to do very deep research and preparations for the games; and he is very actively giving instructions from the side of the pitch. Both things that were completely lacking with Ange. I am strong believer that on top level, you have to do whatever it takes and whatever could give your side even slightest of advantages.
- He has experience with developing players, having also been involved in Denmark youth national sides.

So I am really looking forward for the new season.
I hope we do help him out with key additions. Namely Mbeumo for attacking department and someone like Ederson (from Atalanta) to DM department with also one added fullback that could give Porro, Udogie and Spence some time off.
Everything else depends on the exits. If Richie, Son and Romero do move on - all of them have to be replaced. Arguably with Romero the need is lowest - I'd like to see how likes of Danso and Radu will perform in much more organized side than they have been part of so far + I am REALLY excited about Vuskovic (!). At the same time with Richie and Son leaving, we'd be short in CF position too.

Gonna be a long season with lot of games. And this time all of them on highest level. Hopefully also all of them taken seriously!
