The great part about Frank's tactical philosophy is that it is very sustainable long term.
Frank has adapted in all 3 games by playing three at the back, hitting long or playing short and utilising our players to their utmost strengths.
Frank seems to be confident that even if we dont add anyone in, he can get a tune out of this squad, and the evidence says it all.
Players seem committed and happy including Romero which we all know is massive.
The best part is now we have a manager that can now manage players minutes to avoid injury! Who'd have thought?
The seasons success and consistency will hinder on fitness/injury severity and hopefully we are fortunate in that area as Frank manages minutes. Adding players is a necessity towards that goal.
