I take your point, but we had 2 senior subs today - we just can’t risk itI'd rather keep the momentum going. That game is a free hit anyway since we're probably out regardless.

Must beat Forest and hope Villa do Spam. There is hope now but need to back it up with a win against Forest.
38 is the likely number from Opta right now.
I think it will be Forest if we beat them next week38 is the likely number from Opta right now.
West Ham still strong favourites to go down @ 47.1%. Then Forest on 28.5%. Followed by us on ( a now reduced ) 14.1%. Leeds safest on 7% with Wolves & Burnley still to play.
3 pointsIt's amazing how one point is all it takes to give people some hope.
Imagine what an actual fucking win would do.
Maybe that Opta thing was onto something. The problem is, it wasn't just exaggerated wallowing about how shit we were, Spam and Forest are genuinely in decent form
Leeds are not out of this.
If you bother to go back and look at the context, the poster wasn't saying they are the same as gamblers because they are crooked, he was implying that they make similar mistakes, i.e. that bookies effectively don't understand the relationship between the odds they offer, the actual estimated probabilities, and the impacts of the various outcomes (as most gamblers very obviously don't). Or did you take his post to mean that he thinks the bookies are going to somehow fix who gets relegated? Do you think that?

It's already happening with American sports with the NBA, and accessible online betting has only been around for a few years outside of Nevada.I do think that the more gambling has become a huge industry within football; the more bent and crooked it appears to those of us who are paying attention.
There is lots of match fixing evidence out there.
It's foolish to think it isn't happening.
Football is on borrowed time because of the increase in gambling.
In my opinion.
is that how many points you get? Been so long

Yeah i've felt we were going down for the last 6 or 7 weeks, just the injuries and lack of effort but win next week, get a few players back and i think we should be ok. Massive bloody game next week though, biggest prem game in many a year.I’m one of the biggest relegation pessimists but that point is huge. Beat Forest and we’ll stay up imo.
Remaining games are very winnable especially if we get a few players back.I’m one of the biggest relegation pessimists but that point is huge. Beat Forest and we’ll stay up imo.
