Do you expect the current trend to continue despite the evidence where we clearly saw something different from the previous 9 matches?
Forest and West Ham got points aswell… so we’re still the worst team in the country on yesterday’s form. West Ham took points off City.

You think we were good yesterday? We were slightly improved but they were shocking and missed numerous chances. We barely had possession until about 70 mins in. Why would I expect any different?

You're right mate.

I don't think we will get another point this season. In fact I think we will start losing points.

West Ham and Forest will probably get even more than the 24 points available to both of them, and Leeds might finish in the European places.

I also expect us to be League one by 2027/8.

Other than that I'm hopeful, if not unrealistically optimistic.

But I'm not talking about Forest or West Ham, I'm asking if our current trend will continue based on yesterday's match?

I don't think we were great by the way but I don't think you have to be great to pick up points at this time of the season. You do however need to fight and we haven't been doing that up until now, the fact that we are actually creating chances shows you there's a marked difference, no?

I just thought it was strange declaring straight away that we're still going down based on that performance.

Also let's see where we are after Intl break, as I said a few players will come back hopefully, long way to go.

No one can know how this ends up.

It is however inconceivable that we go from such a poor run to playing cohesive football in one match.

As you do say is that there seemed to be more fight and crucially a point t to go with it. Correlation for Tudor and hopefully the players.

For now the performance is less relevant than the togetherness tbat was shown.

It matters minimally how well teams are playing. Style doesn't win points.

If we show the same fight we did against the dippers in the rest of our games then our chance of relegation is 0%. If we go back to the previous performance level then it is 100%.
The match against Forest is huge for our chances, but the deciding factor will be the form we emerge in from the upcoming break

It's a long break and going into it with points from two consecutive matches would be massive for the players' confidence I think

Leeds got Brentford (H), Spam, (A) Manure (A) next.

Tricky stuff.

If they come out of that badly they could nosedive completely.

Their PTSD of going straight back down will kick in.

That performance on Sunday has to give the team some much needed confidence.
I'm not sure how much the goal tending performance will affect the team but the players themselves have to feel good about getting a point at Anfield.
I personally think the game could be a turning point!!

Getting a draw against a team fighting for 4th place was a good result by a team with half a team. People on here never giving credit. Time to get behind the team, not keep on criticising every little thing.
