I doubt we will sell Danso. Think his commitment in the heat of battle will be in RDZ's mind. He is a great back-upIs there a chance that the CB’s will be VDV/Senesi and Van Hecke/Vuskovic and we sell Romero, Dragusin and Danso. Keeping Vuskovic could also mean you add possibly 5-10 goals.
Its unfortunate that van Hecke is at the world cup. This is the type of deal you want to conclude quickly ahead of other clubs
I think the one thing they are short on are CBs who can also play FB.Until the deal is done I won't be getting too excited re-Van Hecke.
Rumours are Saliba needs surgery and will either miss the world cup or have the surgery after the world cup. I think Woolwich might move for a centre back and they love to hijack us. This could very easily end in tears again.
Danso stays and Vuskovic gets loaned again is my guess but world cup performances could play a big part. If Vuskovic is starting for Croatia and has some stand out performances then we could change our mind and decide that he's ready. Is there a chance that the CB’s will be VDV/Senesi and Van Hecke/Vuskovic and we sell Romero, Dragusin and Danso. My thinking is vuskovic goes on loan this season then comes back next season to compete with van hecke when were hopefully in europe and have more games. So VDV, Van Hecke, Senesi and Danso.
What is our plan with Vuskovic or is there any plan? I don't get the thought process.
Given our injury history I am all for having dept in as many positions as possible.I'm all for signing good players and Van Hecke seems like a good player, as well as Sensei, but it baffles me that we would chase two starting quality centre backs, one of which who will cost a serious wedge, when we have some major weaknesses in other areas of the pitch.
In what world do we need VDV and Van Hecke being backed up by Senesi, Danso and Vuscovic? We're not even in Europe this year.
Liverpool have signed Jaquet and may want bigger names. Can see Senesi to Liverpool and Hecke to us not sure we land both. Romero gone.
More interested in strikers though.

Vuskovic said himself that he won't be at Hamburg next season. I'd accept loaning him out only to Hamburg since it holds a sentimental value to him, but I don't get why we would loan him to another Premier League club. If he keeps playing well, he'll earn points that could've served us instead. If he doesn't, his value drops massively. It's a lose-lose.We're likely going to sell Dragusin this window so makes sense to have more RCBs on stock.
And Vuskovic/his family seem intent on forcing a new loan to Hamburg so that Luka can play with his brother Mario once Mario's suspension is over in like November.

These funds would make a serious difference if we bolstered our attack or midfield, rather than our defence where we have more than adequate cover.
Strange operations, for me.
Seems to be this outrage that we are known as a "big 6" club and everyone is desperate for us to lose that status. Then they realise that basically any player playing for a non-big 6 club wants to join us and it just fuels their outrage even more!Rival fans having another meltdown again, it's almost as if finishing 17th doesn't define you as a club or something.
Is Senesi not done yet?Can see Senesi to Liverpool and Hecke to us not sure we land both. Romero gone.

No, I don't think so. But have in mind that Romero and Dragusin is probably leaving, and having three class CBs (VdV, van Hecke, Senesi) aren't enough if we want to challenge for CL spots or if we get injuries - which with our history is not unlikely.
And not a big net spend at all. Good business especially with more needing done elsewhere. I’m liking where this is going. It's possible we could have 4 transfers wrapped up before the WC (Robertson, Senesi, Van Hecke, Savinho)
And you could make a case for all of them starting the first match of the season.
If it happens, that's impressive tbf
