Funny really because for years people playing in attacking offensive roles were expected to score occasionally, like Kane does.
He has his plusses but he ain't a game changer and what he achieves at the moment is equalled or outweighed by what he fails to bring to the team

This team isn’t full of egotistical racists and adulterers; it’s a likeable group of young guys who seem genuinely passionate about playing for their country. Their attitude and Southgate’s management has helped take them to the Semi-Finals of the World Cup, and it feels like a reward and excuse for national pride in and of itself.

I think we have a chance against Croatia, but that France or Belgium have too much quality and depth to really believe we’ll win it. Whatever happens, the English (and the less partisan Spurs fans) have reason to be enjoying the party. Happy days!

We can beat Belgium or France in the final, it's special circumstances where effort and grit cancel out quality to a degree and we still have the worlds best striker/acting creative midfielder. The trick is to get past Croatia. I was really pleased they had extra time and seemed proper knackered.

Why does it matter where I come from? And which national team I support? How come it’s so important? You are like the third persons asking me this.

As I mentioned, I am Spurs fan so let’s rejoice in that. I do find it hard supporting a WBA brand of football heavily reliant of set pieces to squeeze past opponents like Sweden and what not. Played by a team of the ”Jlingz”, Hendos and cuntfaces like Ashley Young and Kyle Walker. Is that so hard to believe as a non English? Yes, we do exist btw.

I would love to se our Belgian boys or Hugo lifting the trophy though.

Btw ”tounge in cheek” is a humourus way or what? I can’t figure out what it means really.

And there was me thinking Spurs are an ENGLISH club.. There are some fantastic supporters from other countries on here who are every bit a big part of our club and offer great views but you certainly are not one of them.In fact you're in that bracket of embarrassing foreign supporters. I guess it's only natural that we have one of two.

Right because as if that is ever really associated with the club. Where is this patriotic English fervor when English clubs are playing in Europe? I don’t recall anyone on here wanting Liverpool to win the CL final - surely those English supporters would support one of their ‘own’ clubs right? The truth is none of this has anything to do with Spurs - it’s a national side discussion thread and trying to close down any criticisim of a national side by using the club is quite simply a pathetic thing to do.
