I'm fucking ecstatic we're in this trophy. I'm fucking ecstatic we have a chance of winning. If we win it'll be one of the greatest individual moments I've experienced supporting this club.

But come on, a losers mentality is surely the people meekly accepting and explaining away a record worst PL season to date. People saying we should throw matches.

I know it's not all on Ange, our board sets us up to fail. But I won't ever accept a league season like this and I will never accept being told I have a losers mentality because I don't like losing on a habitual basis. That's just ironic.

He won't step down, he knows he's won the managerial lottery and the narcissist in him loves being talked about this much, very much sense he is the type that would rather be infamous than not famous. If he had any dignity he would have stepped down at numerous points much earlier in this season, home defeats to Ipswich and Leicester should have been catastrophic enough in a vacuum to see him gone considering where those teams are this season and their respective away records. Needing extra time to beat a mid-table non-league side should be being talked about in the same vein as Mourinho being beaten by a team who's manager was in prison but we've had such a shitty season it's not even in the top 5 most embarrassing things about it.

Well I'll be honest if we do win it i'm just going to be dining out on that for months , if that means Ange sticking around then I can live with that, I just want to fucking win something, I would have took the league cup but this trophy is actually massive, I can't deal with all the "well who did you beat on the way to the final"
I don't give a shit, I just want to see Sonny lifting the trophy and we are 1 game away from that, lets get it done then see what the future holds for Ange.

This season has been such an unequivocal shitshow on every single front I can quite honestly say I'm jaded past the point of caring anymore. I don't get pissed off when I check the scores after work and see we've lost, it's just an abject "yeah, expected that" and on with my week. The only thing that pisses me off about that is even if we do win our first trophy for 17 years, it will be tinged with the uncertainty surrounding our immediate future and worry that we will continue giving a man so clearly out of his depth a seemingly infinite amount of rope to hang himself with. Winning Europa will be cathartic for fans who can then stick it back in our rivals' faces (because that's what this is all about really, we're collectively so fucking done with hearing "Spurs never win anything" we're quite content to burn the club to the ground just to stop it), but it's really putting a plaster over a gaping, festering wound.

I have to hand it to Ange honestly, I never thought after all these years waiting for a trophy we might have a manager so catastrophically bad I almost fear winning it more than losing it because of the implication of what another 2-4 months of Angeball could do to us. We could be so far gone by the time he gets sacked we genuinely are under threat of relegation next season. Sorry, but it's not conjecture and sensationalism anymore when you're on track to finish 17th and lost 20 games with 2 left to play.

All this talk of playing down the Europa League is cope because people don't like the manager so if he does win it playing down makes them feel better about themselves and what they've been telling people all along.

Essentially we have a bunch of losers in this fanbase that want to be proven right and cannot take being wrong so they put their egos in front of the club, they honestly sound like a bunch of rival fans trying to desperately play down any successes the club will/may have.

Well, Ange did finish 5th in the EPL.

Something Brentford, Bournemouth, Brighton, Palace, Everton, Chelsea, United didn't do. Does that mean all those coaches are out of their depth too?

Give it a rest Harry the gooner - I think the majority on here know. The secrets out and we all now take you're opinion with a pinch of salt.
Also finishing 5th when a competent manager gets you 4th is hardly something to crow about. Finishing 5th and then dropping 12 places to 17th the following season is not an endorsement of a good manager. We have been woeful this year in everything. 1 or 2 standout wins does not make up for it and before you point to the EL. who have we played that's any good?

Will you stop making excuses for Ange. Buck stops with him and the idiots that appointed him.
As for other teams I couldn't give a shit about them or the managers who they employ. I care about Tottenham
