That alone should see him sacked. Can't believe some want him to stay.

If the wingers are upgraded to assertive ball manipulators then the opposition have to divert more coverage wide and the middle opens up and we have more options.

But the state of the squad and the number of games the few players we had left meant most games were pointless by that stage of the season.

Like I said I don't see how he he stays.

People that think Ange will be given a third season based off winning the Europa are completely out of touch with the reality of football.

Scraping a few wins against teams like Frankfurt, Bodo Glimt and United is not the evidence you are looking for when you decide to go again with a manager who finished 17th with a record breaking abysmal league season.

Ange is a PR mastermind and played to the fans like no tomorrow because he knew his position was untenable, so he tried every gaslighting trick in the book to stay. It was just complete bollocks he was spouting and unfortunately two thirds of the fan base have bought his bullshit.

It will all come crashing down when we start the season with 6 straight league defeats. And even then, there will STILL be people making excuses.

I can tell you for a fact, if we somehow got relegated under Ange, there will still be people saying it wasn't his fault, he should keep his job becuase he's the best person to get us back up blah blah blah.

I'd take Thomas Frank any day of the week over Ange, that's how bad Ange is. I'd never have wanted Frank even just a few months ago, but it's literally anyone but Ange for me.

There is no way Frank could be any worse.

I think a lot of people who say that he will get a third season is because of the board not having the balls to ever make a decision. Plus when they do, it is always the wrong one.

That’s why I suspect they will keep him on. That, and fear of course!
