I think it's the 4th actually, the third is when we really start to learn how to defend, this season is just a work in progress #patience #kneejerkersoutEverybody needs to chill and understand that it's the 3rd season when it all kicks into gear.
I mean it took Arteta 10 seasons to even finish top 4, so it’s only fair we give Postecoglou at least as many as that.

Immediate needs are someone who can dictate play/connect/create from the right half space, mirroring what Maddison does on the left, plus two starting wingers who put the fear of god in the opponents. If we don't get them we're just wasting our time and this attempted style of play will always be sub-optimal.

I would argue the immediate need is for the manager to figure out how to not concede goals like we are playing Sunday league football and have a system that isn't so naive every team in the league will exploit it.
He’s articulate , affable . funny and charismatic in press conferences ; but Peter Sellars could have done that ….probably better than Bill Nic ; back in the day …..
But I know who I would have wanted managing the football team . …
