Within our structure and how we are expected to play these players are given the license to make decisions for themselves. Ange doesnt throw these guys under the bus when they make comical mistakes, so he isnt going to lose it at Forster for going long under pressure or Bissouma playing a forward ball.
Going back to the keeper is not really a feature of the Postecoglou style and i hope its something he can gradually coach out of them.
It's a double edge sword, we could have sat back at 1-0 and conserved energy but we wouldn't have scored the two goals to make it 3-0 so it kinda works both ways, I guess though the point is that we would have had more control to people's liking if we had fresh legs to bring on and see the game out.
This game wasn't really about control of lack of anyway, keeper made 2 glaring errors, one where he tried to play out, the other where he tried to hoof it, it's just one of those things.

Just got home , ok so it was a rollercoaster , a rollercoaster because of Forster we were in control until then .
We are missing 5 first team players by my reckoning, we have another 5 or 6 out who would get games or game time . The players are having to be run into the ground right now and frankly without the howlers we get a comfortable win . We get to a semi final and people are moaning , what a joyless way to watch your team .
The boys are going to be shattered on Sunday , Liverpool have a bigger , better , healthier squad , they will have had 24 hours more rest . Furthermore they can rotate over recent months because they don’t have an injury ravaged squad . They are top of the league and flying in the CL , however if we get beat there will be some in here bitching like crazy .
Of course I want to win and will hate it if we lose , but I will certainly take into consideration all of the above
