'Since the end of last season Tottenham’s medical and sports science departments have undergone significant change. It all started when Geoff Scott left his position as head of medicine and sports science in the summer. It ended a 20-year association with Spurs for Scott who became their head physio in 2004 after leaving Fulham. He worked under 11 different managers including Mauricio Pochettino, Jose Mourinho, Antonio Conte and Postecoglou.

Scott left Spurs after clashing with Postecoglou. Sources with knowledge of the situation, who asked to remain anonymous to protect relationships, say that the pair fell out over how to manage the first-team squad’s workload and the recovery of injured players. However, the club insists that Scott’s departure did not involve Ange Postecoglou and was instead a result of the review and restructure of the department.'

Deary me. Looks like Trix's info was spot on. Three members of the medical team left Spurs after someone at the club (Ange) didn't like what they were telling him about managing the injuries.

I'm sorry but yet more evidence that we have employed a total fucking fraud bluffer, who has no idea how to manage a elite PL team and we're a fucking mess because of it.

Just sack the cunt.

Trix never said this 😂

I can't take this take seriously sorry, it you don't watch our young players then how do you know if they're good enough?

Do you not think if they were actually good enough they'd make it in and around the first team like Moore?
I don’t know they are good enough, I am saying a few games of enthusiasm and energy filling holes is all we need. I wouldn’t thrust a CB in, but I would play a CM or RB

Nothing lost. I don’t think they would directly lose us the game…. I don’t think we have anything to lose in the next two Europa league games. We have to find a way to carve out rest

Yeah just kill their confidence and ruin their careers all because the club don't know how to adequately build a team, pretty selfish and negligent if you ask me.

I think it's pretty obvious the way that VDV and Romero broke down v Chelsea, that Ange gambled on their fitness.

The most likely scenario is the true one. We have noises that medical team said they shouldn't play, but they did and got injured. Ange was under the cosh, a big game coming up, he needed a result, he threw them in gambled and then subsequently fucked our season up even more.

It's all on Ange. He's a clueless cretin.
He’s hardly the first manager to gamble on players’ fitness for important fixtures. Jose, one of the greats of all time, is notorious for leaning on injured players to play when he felt he needed them. It’s not some Ange-specific thing.

The most favourable for him scenario is that he is just the unluckiest football manager I've ever seen. And that's exactly opposite of what we need.

He gambled on both our starting centrebacks, despite medical team telling him they weren't fit, and subsequently they both get injured for another 2 months of the season. Subsequently three members of our medical team left the club and were paid off, because Ange didn't like what they were telling him about his shoddy practices no doubt. We even have the Athletic writing articles about it.

Can you show me when that happened under previous managers such as Jose?

That Brendan Rogers fella is doing a decent job !
he's always been a really good coach. In the right circs he'd do a far better job here than Ange. ie keep him on the training ground, and give him a lot of help with transfers in. At LFC by the end his picks were pretty poor.

Also if he'd just been the coach at LFC rather than the manager that season, I reckon they'd have won the PL. Needed a cool head. Pressure of managing rather than coaching got to him.

This is another thing. He's either totally incompetent, extremely unlucky, or both. Either way he needs to fuck off quickly.

They say you can either be a good football manager, or a lucky one. Ange is neither. If he's actually a good football manager, but just really unlucky, well that's still not good enough ultimately. We don't need that around the club. (I don't think he's good, in fact he's atrocious)

I really can't wait for this cloud to be lifted.

Frustratingly though, I can't see it being any earlier than Monday. There's no way does he get sacked tonight on the way home from Germany. We could get absolutely humiliated out there and I can't see a way that he gets sacked before his prezzer tomorrow for the game on Sunday.
