Which rather raises the question. Why was he given a squad place + actual minutes ?
Another cracking bit of squad management by our elite team
It’s a mess.

We were linked with him before we hired Nuno. Sadly he took Inter job when Conte left. This ship has sailed definitely.

Inter currently 2nd, lost 2 games all season and massively outscored everyone (well, 2 more than Atalanta, but everyone else) else in Serie A
At Lazio he had a 53% win ratio. +138 GD in 251 games
Inter, where he's been since 2021 he has a 66% win ratio and +227 GD in 192 games.
I like the sound of those numbers.
Can bring Martinez with him too.

Fair enough, Id take him but he plays a back 3 so wed need to change again. Would imagine hed have better suitors than us.Paratici coming back soon. Who else in the PL with a 60k seat stadium and Beyonce is offering him a job?
Rumour that he's on thin ice at Inter as they're not top may mean he's looking for a job sooner rather than later.
Danso vdvFair enough, Id take him but he plays a back 3 so wed need to change again. Would imagine hed have better suitors than us.
Takes us 24 hour to film a 23 second transfer reveal usually. The silence is deafening. I (naively) believe he's been sacked and the club are lining up their next move.
Just copy and paste the Conte one, no?Takes us 24 hour to film a 23 second transfer reveal usually.
Imagine it takes at least a day to draft up a sacking announcement.

It's who we are mate.He is sliding down my league table of favourite prominent Australians. So much so in fact that he is now involved in a relegation tussle with Rolf Harris.
This guy continues to not take his meds

I think you're right. What does Levy get from firing Postecoglou now? I think he's ignoring the problem and running out the clock. The fans still appear to not want a change by about a 2-1 margin. So, looks like another season for Postecoglou. Not Levy style though.
He’s going to be here for UTD and we will probably win that game at home. From there he survives the season in all likelihood
In a statement released by Tottenham on Tuesday evening, Levy said: "We were extremely reluctant to make this change and it is not a decision the board has taken lightly, nor in haste.
"Regrettably domestic results at the end of last season and beginning of this season have been extremely disappointing.
"It falls to the board to make the difficult decisions - this one made more so given the many memorable moments we have had with Mauricio and his coaching staff - but we do so in the club's best interests.
"Mauricio and his coaching staff will always be part of our history. I have the utmost admiration for the manner in which he dealt with the difficult times away from a home ground whilst we built the new stadium and for the warmth and positivity he brought to us.
"I should like to thank him and his coaching staff for all they have contributed. They will always be welcome here. We have a talented squad. We need to re-energise and look to deliver a positive season for our supporters."
Chairman, Daniel Levy, said: "Jose and his coaching staff have been with us through some of our most challenging times as a Club. Jose is a true professional who showed enormous resilience during the pandemic. On a personal level I have enjoyed working with him and regret that things have not worked out as we both had envisaged. He will always be welcome here and we should like to thank him and his coaching staff for their contribution."
We can announce that Head Coach Antonio Conte has left the Club by mutual agreement. We achieved Champions League qualification in Antonio’s first season at the Club. We thank Antonio for his contribution and wish him well for the future.
The man lives in a total fantasy land.
