Considering they are in the conference league which is the same standard as PL2, I’d say the two clubs are comparable.
Willing to bet we gave way more PL minutes to academy kids this season.

Nah- I think Ange can survive losing to any team except Soton so long as he stays alive in the EL. A draw every third game or so and a win vs Soton while staying alive in EL keeps Ange in charge. I doubt Levy thinks there is any point in sacking him before the end of the season with so few games left to go.

I think I share the same keenness to see Postecoglou move on, but wil caution myself against what I also wish for.
The grass Is not always greener so much depends on the thinking of Levy and co.
We are a peculiar club, so its not as simple as saying we get manager 'X' and we are in Wonderland.
Completely disagree, lets face it without the injury crisis none of our academy players would have had a look in, maybe a couple of sub appearances for Moore. Chelsea have not had an injury crisis - they just routinely blood their academy players.
No one got a chance vs Tamworth (apart from Mikey). Chelsea routinely blood multiple academy players in games like that, and that breeds the success they have in developing players.

For THFC I would prefer a humble, well qualified manager who respects the club and the fans... and has more than one way and brings his own staff so there is accountability as a group.. not a one man band. Peculiar yes but they have backed him with getting rid of some decent players, bringing in many more and we are bottom half.. out of the 'I always win things' Cup (x2). Should definitely win the Europa though

I will be staggered if we win the Europa, not because I don't think we have enough talent (arguably) but because we are perennial fall-shorters. Something will prevent us, but this....
If Postecoglou does win the Europa (I don't think it's happening) then it would be perverse to let him go, which males part of what you write a bit of a contradiction.
