A few good runs is the fucking bare minimum. In two full seasons we've basically had the first 10 games, and then he did ok for a few weeks in the winter where we picked up some points despite having injuries. Since that Chelsea game, plus the end of last season, and the whole of this season, it's been a shit show.

The facts speak for themselves, so save the crap.

And oh how conveneient, since the injuries cleared up we've prioritised the EL, what a load of bollocks. Always an excuse for him you lot. It's sickening. You should be embarassed.

Even if we had been knocked out against Alkmaar, our league results would still be absolute shit. everyone knows it but the most deluded. Keep lying to yourself that our league results are only poor because we are still in europe, just like we were crap just because of injuries.

Despite the fact we've been shit, with and without injuries and with and without europe.

Can't wait until the fucker is sacked so we don't have to see people still bending over backwards to make excuses for him.
Are you calling Garry Mabbutt deluded??!! How dare you!

It’s a fact that beside two 4 week periods last season we went 18-5-3 for wins/draws/losses. And one of those periods we lost a shedload of players.

This season we were top six end of Nov before wheels fell off with as Mabbutt an extraordinary poor run of injuries. He’s never seen anything like it in 45 years of football. 45 years from a man as hard as nails. Have some respect

Thomas Frank is my choice. I think he's done so well to establish Brentford as solid Premier League outfit, developed some great players and is tactically switched on.

I wouldn't be against a Poch return. He works so well at a club of our level, and can develop young players as well as getting the best out of others.

I think he’s a sensible choice but I think he’s too switched on to come to us and would turn us down.

I think he did priorotise the Europa, and he was right to do so. However I don't think the results would have been much better if he hadn't done so.
Spurs could feasibly finish 13th this season, but I don't think a higher position was on the cards even if the league was the priority

The EPL is just too good for his risk taking approach. In Scotland if Celtic make mistakes they'll often get away with it, and if they do get punished they can normally retrieve the situation.

In England if you take risks you'll be punished almost every time and will struggle to come back from it.
In Scotland you could concede 4 and score 5, but not in the EPL. The opposition is just too good.

If I was a Spurs fan I would just write this season off apart from the 3 - hopefully- Europa games. Get behind the manager and the team and hope Spurs win the Europa, then hope to fuck the Ange and Spurs part company soon after.

His style of football isn't suited to the top leagues. He won't change, so Spurs must change manager. Hopefully it's done amicably, but it needs to be done regardless of how the Europa goes.

Are you an aussie Angefan?

Wow. Tunnel vision is real
Romero is a world.cup winner, what are we saying he's good enough for Argentina but not for Spurs. Remember Van Der Ven's early performances, he was dynamite before he got injured, Udogie too. Porro is weak defensively but is probably our best crosser of the ball.
Madders......yeah, we could do better, but he'd be a useful squad player.

These aren't bad players, they play for a manager that has no idea how to utilise them properly. Doesn't enhance their abilities in training, and plays them in a system that doesn't work.
Constantly playing out from the back puts the whole defence under constant pressure, the high line exposes us time and time again.

They need decent coaching and decent management.

But yeah, let's sell half the team, roll the dice and start from scratch.

Been saying since last season that I refuse to judge players until they play under a proper football coach who coaches.

You're out of your depth on this one mate, you have no idea what youre talking about. Stop making excuses for the fucking fraud who's been fucking us over for 25 years.
You honestly can't believe Levy would rather lose than win! What he doesn't want to do is make decisions that disrupt his very tight balancing of the finances. He won't gamble, always plays it safe, and yes, would rather see the profit line grow than spend huge on the playing squad.

But he still wants to win, just doesn't want to back the team heavily financially. Those are two different things. Imagine what the club would be worth if by some miracle we did what Man City have done. We'd be one of the most desirable clubs in the world, worth twice what we are now. But you're saying Levy wouldn't want that?

And for the record, I believe he has taken us as far as he can, and that now is the time to sell.
But there's no denying we're in a better place now than we were when he took over.
