What a guy, what a hero! History is written by the winners and what ever you think of Ange, he has won our most important trophy in 40+ years! Give the man a multi million pound bonus and a statue. Regardless of what happens next! He is in the pantheon of legends!
This scene very much reminds me of the players love for Redknapp back in the day. While Ange is not Redknapp is too many ways, they do share characteristics as endearing older, large British men.
Need to give the guy his flowers! So much for “it’s who we are mate” we killed the whole second half and made them fight in the trenches! If he was a European he’d be getting flowers for his pragmatism! Mans just a winner! Regardless of what happens next. He deserves his time in the sun!
