The thing he needs to do to change it around he won't do
He won't use the youth and he won't change his style
He won't use the youth and he won't change his style

Problem is though mate, it does for all the world to see look like a cost cutting exercise.I agree with the first 2 sentences of your post. As I'm sure would any sensible Spurs supporter.
I'm not so hot on your conclusion though. If he had the right attitude for changing the club culture he would not have limply claimed he was satisfied with a transfer window that was so clearly underwhelming and little more than a speculative, cowardly cost cutting exercise.
Then why did we buy youth? The thing he needs to do to change it around he won't do
He won't use the youth and he won't change his style
As I understand (and I may be wrong) we have something like four clean sheets in our last thirty seven games.Rather give him the season unless we are in danger of relegation.
1 there is fuck all alternatives, god forbid Southgate ends up here which would sadly not shock me if it happened. It will probably end up Ryan Mason this time long term.
2 constantly sacking managers makes us even less desirable
3 we are actually dominating possession against everyone and also not conceding that many chances, most of our goals this season have been Romero fucks up. I don’t think defence is as problematic as last season.
4 our wingers are average at best which is critical for this system. I don’t know if Odobert, Moore and that new Korean kids in Jan can do much but this is going to be a huge issue for the next manager as well.
If Klopp suddenly decides he wants back then yes of course move but we are not in a great position now. The obvious saviour is Pochettino but he is now USA manager.
25 years and one constant, ENIC
Sacking Ange just gives them something to hide behind yet again, don’t fall for it
Ange is the right man to take us forward in my opinion, he has the right attitude for it and wants to change the club culture
Trying to slip that in as a positive is fucking hilariousWe are only in all cups because. None of them have fucking started yet.![]()
Hoping they end up a mega profit sale like Bale, Kane etc.
I think Poch, Jose and Conte wanted to change the "club culture".
We created nothing, have now conceded in something like thirty four of our last thirty seven games (most with the players that have now left admittedly).
Ange admitted two things:
Romero switched off
Solanke wasn't fit.
Ange had an opportunity to get rid of Richy (who will never be fully fit for any length of time), and he has seen Romero cost us three goals and could have dropped him. But he has dome neither of the above.
Odobert, or Werner could have started on the left, Son in the middle, and Kulu on the right.
Why spend transfer money on Bergvall, and Gray if they can't start?
Levy has sanctioned Lange's transfer targets, and this with Ange's approval.
We are toothless up front and a defensive quality of a sieve.
Is Sarr now a bench warmer?
I saw nothing different from this team without Pierre, Skipp, Dier, Emerson and the like as I did with them. That alone shows just how much progress we have made.
Take nothing away from Woolwich who are individually, and as a team streets ahead of us but the biggest difference on Sunday was that Arteta had a plan, formation, and tactics that worked against us, will be copied and will likely work again by other teams.
Ange just doesn't have the tactical nous in any area of the pitch to improve what we are seeing. I don't want to see him fired now but I don't believe we will make Europe this season and certainly not top four given yesterdays woeful performance.
Here's Ange's narrow eyed view yet again.

Don't understand why it's so difficult for them to score. There have been changes. We conceded 8 goals in the same fixtures against Everton, Woolwich and Newcastle and this season it's just the three. Brainfarts from Romero notwithstanding and exposure to rapid counters noted, we've not leaked as many goals so far. Just struggling to score them.
We’ve actually conceded less and scored more but it matters not one fuck as the only stat that is important remained exactly the same - 1 win and 2 losses. There have been changes. We conceded 8 goals in the same fixtures against Everton, Woolwich and Newcastle and this season it's just the three. Brainfarts from Romero notwithstanding and exposure to rapid counters noted, we've not leaked as many goals so far. Just struggling to score them.
We’ve scored more this year in the corresponding fixtures - but we can’t manage the pressure of tight games
Problem is though mate, it does for all the world to see look like a cost cutting exercise.
But if ange isn't or wasn't happy with it, why did he go along with it, he should have dug his heels in and see how it played out.
He has been given one first team player, tbe rest all kids, that was a shit window.
The 8th richest club in the world has once again embarrassed itself.
