Those mangers aren’t stubborn in always sticking with one formation and never changing from it though, they will adapt, Pep especially.
Conte is a great manager, but he’s not the right one for us. He needs mega money each window, and we’re not about that, hence why he left Inter.
After watching that I am firmly in the Conte out camp. I say that because I don't believe he is the right fit for the players in the squad. Also the same players are not grasping his approach to the game. There is confusion in a lot of different areas. If I'm looking objectively many seem to be regressing instead of improving with more Conte time.

All the reservations voiced about Conti being a bad fit for us have come to pass unfortunetly .At this point its hard to see him with us next season and thats a real problem about buying any players this window .We have got a very poor return for a manager on a huge wage all the same .However the biggest culprits for the way things are going are enic it will be the same old mess as long as they remain as owners .

Adding to your great post, I’m bored shitless watching most weeks.
I took my 2 boys to watch the Portsmouth match recently and after 60mins they said to me that they were bored and wanted to go home, I didn’t disagree.
I’ve been a religious watcher of spurs for 35 years and for the most we have been pretty average but I’ve always stuck by us because we we’re entertaining and win lose or draw we went for it and tried to win but the last few years of Jose,NES and now conte I just want my Tottenham back now

Well so far, apart from the initial good feeling bounce, he's failed big time to get us playing as a more cohesive unit.
