Competition Are we playing for 5th ?

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

They've been like this since last season though.

I just think their time is done, you compare City's teams in the past to this one, it's night and day in terms of OOP intensity and pressing.

Looks like they have really lost their fear factor.

Sure but it fully coincided with Rodri’s injury. They lost a Ballon d’Or winner in the most integral position down the spine of their team, obviously they struggled defensively

I don't think Rodri gets them back to who they were before, one player won't make a difference - as a team they are off the levels they were regardless of Rodri's injury - one player missing doesn't explain the lack of running and intensity.

Thought City were very good Sunday tbh - first time I have seen them click so far they will be in the top four as will Liverpool and Woolwich. The rest is up for grabs afaic - we are better than United, Newcastle, Villa, B'mouth, Brighton and Chelsea are an unknown quantity still.
Chance of top four for me if the improvements continue and our new players hit the ground running.

People can shit on Ange all they want, but our squad is clearly tight as people, something he instilled, and that can go a long way when coupled with the right tactics and a good run of results.

It's remarkable. The teams togetherness is Ange. Or....its the bond forged by the remarkable humanity of Son Heung-min who had blokes from all diffrent continents adamant he was their best freind.

On topic, is way too soon to talk final position but. I've some weird doubt about Liverpool and an unease about Arse and usual I write them off immediately. City are going to make 4th but no more than that.

Shared suffering can build strong teams, but only so long as there's an end in sight. Maybe the team is buoyed by the fact that they got through Ange together and are glad to see the back of him.

At this point i just wait for next game with happiness and hope cause i feel we can win against anyone. And that we will win many more games than lose. Such a refreshing feeling after last season.
