Match BRENTFORD AT HOME - THURSDAY

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Kane HAS to score against this lot (either this time or away) to maintain his record of scoring against every team in the Premier League. If that doesn't motivate and fire him up I don't know what will.

From what I understand he and his family are unhappy at his lack of playing time and have been seeking a move for quite a while.

He prefers to play on the left; and with Son nailed on in that position (and having signed a contract extensions) he knows game time will be limited. Throw Gil and Sessegnon in the mix; and that left wing position has a lot of competition.

In the old days that would mean try harder to impress. Not complain to the press. What a world.

I know we outbid Liverpool for him, so he was a sought after player at the time. With none of our players in any sort of form, its really been a selection dilemma for all our coaches - and the safest option is to pick those that have shown ability in the past and hope they can re-kindle that form. (Kane/Son)

I’ve been impressed with Brentford, they play at pace & are direct . They always seem up for whoever they play .

Hope we put in a performance or it could get messy

Assuming Brentford stay up, he'll get his chance when Man City play them next season!

"He plays on the left, he plays on the left....
Steven Bergwign, he plays on the left!"

Looks like they aren't going to open this up to ticket exchange I guess. Can only "transfer" at the moment, not put up for sale.
TE has kinda gone live. It seems you can list your ticket, but every single resale ticket says it is already in another members basket, however the original unsold members tickets are still available to buy.

Something not quite right.

What a sensible move for him to join a side with one of the World's best left sided forwards in it.

We're not outbidding Liverpool for anyone.
I do wonder what version of Bergwijn Liverpool would've turned him into had they got him...

Would HE be their Mo Salah by now?
...and had WE signed Mo Salah from Roma instead, would we all be moaning that he's a diving, lazy fraud who's paltry goal return doesn't justify the fee we paid?

Maybe it IS US after all?

This tells me that not only is he lazy, but he's stupid.

His best position is RW. Why he wants to play on the left I've no idea. He's not got the skills to play inverted. When was the last time he cut inside from the left and scored a goal with his right foot?

Agree with this. Would make a decent right sided squad player. Much better team player than shinehead Lucas, good touch and plays simple football. Goal threat is about as useless as baldie but less of an issue at RWB
